Crazy day of hockey yesterday and as always this early in the season there was some unexpected results.
Claude Giroux scored his first goal of the season in the Flyers 4-2 win over the Oilers. The Flyers will need more production from Giroux if they hope to save their season. The Bruins beat the Leafs 3-1 and during this game Jarome Iginla and David Clarkson fought, nothing better then seeing 2 good hockey players have a go. Overall a great day of hockey.
Today we have 7 games to watch and bet on. For tomorrow there is only 1 game on, the Lightning vs the Bruins, so we will not be doing any tips for this game.
Bodog Divisional Dynasty
This is the last day of the Bodog Divisional Dynasty!
We missed the Rangers and the Oilers earlier on due to mistakes – and they both lost anyway. So that’s a good thing as now we essentially have a freebie.
Take the Rangers and Oilers tonight in the Dynasty.
Panthers vs Rangers: Rangers -1.5
The Rangers are playing great as of late and have been able to bring their record back to .500. With their strong play they have been able to turn their season around after a horrible start. And that they are playing so well without their best player, Rick Nash, makes it that much more impressive.
The Panthers, on the other hand, are headed for the basement and quickly. They are riding a 8 game losing streak and things don’t look good for them. Their next four games they face the Ducks, the Wild, the Avalanche and the Canucks. Ouch
So lets take advantage of the Panthers bad play and bet that the Rangers will win by 2 or more goals. Bet the Rangers -1.5 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. for 2.30 betting odds.
Oilers vs Blackhawks: Over 5.5 Goals
Any time these team meet there is no shortage of goals. This is the first of 3 meetings for these teams but last year saw the Oilers and Hawks exchange wins and there was no shortage of goals.
The Blackhawks have scored at least 5 goals in 6 of their last 8 games and have played so well that they are looking like last years dominant team. The Oilers are playing just sloppy and it must be embarrassing for Oilers fans to watch . This game will go over 5.5 goals with ease.
Bet Over 5.5 goals at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. for 1.83 betting odds
Capitals vs Avalanche: Over 5.5 Goals
Another game that will have plenty of goals scored. The Avalanche are the biggest surprise this season and it has been fun to watch them. They are the opposite of the Oilers. The Avs have a bunch of young talent but unlike the Oilers their stars have finally turned into legitimate NHL stars instead of potential stars who “may” be good some day.
The Capitals are loaded with talent and have scored the most goals in the Eastern Conference. Ovechkin will continue his strong play in this game and right to the Olympics where his Russian squad has a great chance to capture gold.
The Capitals will be looking for revenge after the Avalanche beat them with ease 5-1 earlier this season.
This game will go over 5.5 Goals so bet Over at http://www.5Dimes.eu for Americans(Need to register to see lines) and and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. for 1.90 betting odds

Missisauga Steelheads vs Sarnia Sting:
The Steelheads are top of the Central Division and take on the Sarnia Sting, bottom of the West. These two teams haven’t played this season yet but the Sting are on a 3-game slump and have lost 6 of 8 road games.
