Quite the upset last night with the Jets beating the Blue Jackets. I can’t complain too much because about half the people had the Blue Jackets in our December Dynasty and that put me top of the leaderboard based on win ratio.
With the Christmas break coming up, there’s a lot of hockey to be played over the next few days with 12 games set for tonight. Leafs had a bit of a setback last night but look to bounce back against Florida. Capitals vs Flyers should be a fun game, with the first two games in the series being 7-0 and 5-4 wins for the Capitals. And the Sharks, struggling like crazy at the moment, complete the trilogy against the Blues, a team who they have beaten 6-2 and 6-3 so far this season.
.
Oilers vs Kings: Under 5.5
The Kings defense match up very well against the Oilers offense, and they should be able to get back on track after the Blackhawks loss and stifle them here.
However the Kings offense isn’t red hot either – Habs results aside. Oilers do tend to leak in the goals, but they’ve been tightening up a bit lately and hopefully they can get back on track tonight.
I like a quiet game between these two tonight, and you can back Under 5.5 goals at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else..
Grand Salami: Under 65.5
There’s just something about tonight when I look at the games, where I see it being a quiet night.
I do believe there’ll be a few big high scoring games. Flyers vs Capitals and Blackhawks vs Predators in particular look good for that. But I see enough low scoring games that I’d predict the total goals to be around 58-61 for the night.
You can back the Salami at http://www.5Dimes.eu(Need to register to see lines).
Flames vs Bruins: Under 5.5
As you can tell, I’m really hoping for a nice boring night of hockey.
In their last game, the Bruins won 2-1 in a game where both teams were stifled. Bruins don’t have the flu bug circulating throughout their team that they did last week, but the “iggy factor”(if he even plays), doesn’t look like it will affect the atmosphere of this type of matchup.
Calgary don’t have the best record in Boston – the last time they played here was January of 2012, where the Bruins casually beat them 9-0. But they’ve tightened up a lot lately, with a lot of close games and low scoring matches.
Back the under below:
Here are the real tips:
Take the under 5 in Buffalo vs Winnipeg
Take Buffalo outright as a home dog
Get both lines at Pinnacle and pay the least amount of juice to the books
when will you update your ytd log? It’s not hard to do as not much of the season has been played? be honest with your followers and post the ytd record so we can decide whether to follow or not.
thanks
We’ve had tips practically every day. You’re looking at around 70 days of tips where we have to go through each post and check the bets and then the outcomes, as well as taking note of the posted odds. It’s a task that is going to take a few hours to do. We’ll get to it hopefully this week, but it’s not too high on the priority list just now.
actually it’s quite easy if you just update it daily after the night’s results are final.
And that’s what we did last season. However for the start of this season we were in Mexico on vacation for a few weeks, and that put us behind on that and other work.
seems fishy…. seems to me like guys who take betting very seriously and have “systems” would also be doing a very intricate job of tracking their bets and win/loss amounts. More likely you’re stalling because since the start of the season you are 84-99 (to Dec. 13th). see, its not that hard….. i did it…
Yeah we try and hide our results so people keep buying our tips!

Season record for BetNHL: 86-105
any taught on, jets, ducks, canucks, kings winning tonight
I would bet on jets, canucks under, kings to win but be careful with Detroit…Ducks have a tradition of losing against the Wings
ok, though ducks are in better form though
I agree, I would bet on Ducks as well but Detroit seems to find a way to win against them. Remember the playoffs last season?
jets will lose
@Graeme any thoughts on, jets, ducks, canucks, kings winning tonight
