Brutal.
It was a night of upsets last night in almost all of the games. First the Sabres upset the Wings, the Hurricanes beat the Kings, the Flames pounded the Canadiens, the Coyotes beat the Capitals and the Jets shutout the Blackhawks.
Just a tough night. Although if you bet on any of the underdogs then you must have loved last night.
A slow night of NHL action tonight with only one game on: the St. Louis Blues vs the New York Rangers.
Blues vs Rangers Betting Tips
The Rangers are having a rough start to the year and find themselves buried in the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings.
The Blues are on a roll having won 4 straight. And have won three straight and Madison Square Garden.
Blues come into this game without Oshie and Stastny. The Rangers are without Dan Boyle, Ryan McDonagh, Derek Stepen and Kevin Klein.
With the Rangers missing 3 of their top 6 defensemen as well as their top center this game looks to be the Blues all the way
Look for the Blues to push their winning streak to 5 and 4 straight at MSG.

Fanduel
At Fanduel you can enter a 2-day hockey pool. And with the slow night of action we did just that and you should too.
Our team is hopefully going to tear it up over today and tomorrow. We had a 55k budget. Here are some of the players we picked and why
- Patrick Kane- $8,500
- Dan Girardi – $3,400
- Alex Ovechkin- $9,000
- Cam Ward – $7,000
Hawks are on a two game losing streak and need to have it stopped now. Kane loves the pressure and performs best under those circumstances
With all of the injuries on the Rangers Blue line they are going to need players like Girardi to step up. He will get. More ice time and opportunities
He costs a lot but he’s always a threat to score goals. Will be looking for a bounce back game after the Caps blew the lead in their last game against the Coyotes
Hurricanes are on a two game win streak and are starting to show some life after a lousy start. We are hoping that continues when the take on the Blue Jackets.
Let us know who you went with and how you finished.
