Great night of hockey last night but a tough night for the tips. We ended the night going 1-3 but in what seems to be a trend for us, it could have been a 4-0 night.
We tipped under 5.5 in the Hurricanes vs Flyers game but it ended 5-1 Flyers.
We had the Sabres in regulation against the Panthers. The Sabres won 4-3 but it went to OT. The Blues won 3-2 in OT against the Avalanche where we had them -1.5.
Our win on the night came when we tipped over 5.5 in the Lightning vs Capitals game and the Caps won 4-2 thanks to Nicklas Backstrom and his first career hat trick.
The on fire Sharks won 2-0 over the Preds and Joe Thornton scored his 350th career goal. Jagr recorded his 1,063rd career assist which puts him tied for 7th place with Steve Yzerman for most all time.
And the Leafs beat the Wings and are now 8-1-1 in their last 10.
A slow Sunday of action with only three games. At 5:00pm it’s the Kings taking on the Leafs, at 8:00 it’s the Flames vs the Hawks and at 9:00 it’s Rangers vs Oilers.
Let’s get to the NHL Betting Tips for Sunday, December 14th
Kings vs Maple Leafs Betting Tips
Wow are the Leafs for real? They can’t do anything wrong and have climbed up the standings. They have won 4 in a row and are only 4 points behind the division leading Lightning with 2 games in hand.
The Leafs last three games have stayed under 5 goals and they’re taking on a stingy Kings team
We are going to take under 5.5 in this game for 1.91 odds at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.
Rangers vs Oilers Betting Tips
This is the second and final game between these teams with the Oilers winning the first 3-1. The Rangers have won two in a row and will try and push that streak to 3 tonight. The Oilers are back to their ways and are on a 3 game losing skid.
I like the Rangers to even the series in this game. They are healthy and the Oilers are the Oilers.
Rangers Win for 1.70 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.
Blackhawks vs Flames Betting Tips
After taking the loss to the Isles last night and ending their win streak at 8 games, the Hawks will look to get back on track tonight.
These teams have played each other twice and tonight is the third and final game. The first game it was the Flames winning 2-1 in OT, the 2nd it was 4-3 Hawks.
I like the Hawks in this game but a win is only 1.50 odds. I’d say to take them -1.5 but if the first two games showed us anything it’s that this is going to be a close game and the Flames never give up.
So we are going to go with Blackhawks in Regulation for 1.80 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.
