Sorry for no tips yesterday. As Scott had mentioned I was in Las Vegas for the weekend, and I was still in recovery mode yesterday. Quite the weekend I must say – be sure to head down to Vegas for the Superbowl yourself some time. We reserved a table at Blondies Sports Bar – it’s $200 per person but worth it big time. Just amazing times.
Let’s get to the tips:
Stars vs Lightning Betting Tips:
This is a game where both teams obviously have the potential to light it up with the goals. Both are high scoring teams with a 3.14 goal per game for Dallas, and 3.17 per game for Tampa. Bishop is also apparently getting the night off too.
We’re going to take the Stars here. At home and the underdogs, yet against a backup goalie. And I mean Vasilevskiy is solid and all, but he’s playing against a great offense and it’s been awhile since Bishop sat out.
Take Stars 1.95.
Sens vs Capitals Betting Tips:
Both teams go into this on the back of some erratic form. However the Senators have been great at home in the past little while – even when they lose they’re battling to the end and getting the goals. Washington are always good for the goals too.
We’ll take Over 5.5 goals at 2.00 betting odds.
Panthers vs Kings Betting Tips:
It’s really tempting to take the Panthers here at 2.00 odds but we’ll hop on the Over at 5 goals as Willie Mitchell is out.
Both teams have the playoffs still in sight. They need to start pushing. Quality wise, LA are better. However Florida are the team that have been battling hard. We saw that come to fruition two nights ago, as they beat the Islanders to give them some confidence.
Kings are playing with no heart at the moment – but a team with that quality you can’t count them out at the moment.
We’ll go with Over 5 goals.
Hi boys, I don’t really understand your tip in the Bolts v Stars game. With both teams scoring over 3 goals a game I see this game going over or a Bolts ML. I also like Blues -1 1/2 over Sabres. Blues are GF 3+ and Sabres are 1-4 ATS in last 5. Great value with Detroit ML over Avs. Red Wings are playing really well right now, 8-2 in last 10
