We had a great night last night with the NHL Betting Tips going 2-0.

We had the Islanders in regulation against the Flames and this came through for us when the Isles won 4-0. Halak picked up his 2nd shutout in his last 3 starts.

Our other win of the night was our tip of the Coyotes to beat the Leafs which they did winning 4-3.  Two 1st period power play goals for the Coyotes helped push the Coyotes to 5-3-1 on the year and 1st place in the Pacific Division.

The 3rd game of the night was the Ducks vs the Blackhawks.  For the 2nd game in a row, the Hawks won 1-0 in OT.  And just like their game on Saturday night against the Lightning, it was Toews coming through with the goal early in OT.

Last week Graeme conducted his weekly interview with Sports
Interaction.  Unfortunately his computer had problems and he was unable
to post it.  This was conducted on Sunday morning:

It’s time for our weekly chat with Sports Interaction
New readers – each week, we will sit down with the online sportsbook
Sports Interaction and get their valuable insight on all things hockey.

We talk with the people who set the lines and it can be very informative
to hear from their perspective.

If you’re Canadian – Sports Interaction have a $20 free bet for you all.  For non-Canadians?  Move
to Canada!  Harper’s out now!

BetNHL.ca: The Habs are now 8-0 and looking amazing.
They’re not just relying on Price – their offence are also doing the
job.  How long can this continue and what’s the betting action like?

Sports Interaction: Their schedule
over the next little while isn’t too bad so they could continue for a
few more games at least.  We are taking a lot of action
on the Montreal Canadiens, and at +850 they are now the favourite for
the cup at Sports Interaction.

BetNHL.ca: Then we have the Blue Jackets.  0-7 and a
new coach.  What’s happening there?

Sports Interaction: Tortorella has
a lot of work to do – but the Jackets are better than their record
suggests.  They have to get Bobrovsky back on form.

We think the Jackets will pick up a few wins over the next week – but we
can’t see them being a contender for the East.

BetNHL.ca: One big positive from this season is the
rookies who are making all the headlines.  How are McDavid, Eichel etc
faring in the betting world?

Sports Interaction: We can
guarantee you that every time McDavid scores, we get more and more
action on him to take home the Calder Trophy.  He’s now -200 favourite
for Rookie of the Year and he’s getting a ton of action on our NHL
player props.

We’re seeing rookies come in and getting much more ice time and there’s
a great youth movement going on in the NHL right now.  We’re seeing a
lot of action from Eichel, Domi, Duclair and Larkin as well.

BetNHL.ca: Thanks guys!

We have a much busier night of hockey tonight with 10 games taking place.  So let’s get to the NHL Betting Tips for Tuesday, October 27th

Blue Jackets vs Devils Betting Tips:

After finally winning their first game of the season, the Jackets can now focus on getting back to being a competitive club and hopefully turn things around.

The Devils come into this game winners of their last 4 games so momentum is going to be on their side in this game.

But I was confused by Columbus’ terrible start.  And with a new coach and a win I see them turning things around.

Blue Jackets win for 2.10 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.

Canadiens vs Canucks Betting Tips:

Montreal can become only the 3rd team in NHL history to open a season with 10 straight wins.

They take on a Canucks team who has struggled so far this year and limps into this game on a 4 game losing streak.

I can’t bet against the Habs at this point.  They are 9-0, have looked great, Price has been amazing and have a chance to make some history.

Canadiens win for 1.71 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.

$25 risk free bets on player prop, in-game bet and $50 risk free mobile bet. Available for NEW customers only at BetOnline.

Sabres vs Flyers Betting Tips:

The Flyers have had a good start to their season and come into this game winners of 4 of their last 5 games.  The Sabres have struggled, as expected.

The Flyers will look to continue their hot play of late and the Sabres will try and snap their losing streak at 2.

I like the Flyers to win  this game but horrible odds.  So let’s go with Over 5

Over 5 for 1.80 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.

Like the Habs and Flyers too. Have zero confidence betting on the Jackets and although the team itself isn’t that bad, until Bobrovsky gets his act together, I think it’s a hit and miss with them right now. Hope it’s a hit for you guys tonight. 🙂 Good luck!
