A good night of hockey last night with some interesting results.
The battle of Florida and this time it was the Panthers winning 5-2. After having their winning streak snapped, the Panthers have beaten the 2 teams from last year’s Stanley Cup finals in a row and are proving that they are no fluke and can’t be taken lightly. The Habs snapped their 5 game losing skid when they beat the Maple Leafs 3-2 in a shootout. The Stars lost again and are falling in the standings. They’re 2-6-2 in their last 10, are now in 2nd in the Central and are only 1 point ahead of the 3rd place Blues.
5 games tonight but for the 3rd day in a row a game will be postponed due to the storm. For the Capitals, they have had 2 games postponed and their next scheduled game is on Wednesday so they will have had 8 days off at that point.
Blues vs Blackhawks Betting Tips:
The Blackhawks have now lost their last 2 games after winning 12 straight. But those 2 games came on the road and the Hawks have won their last 6 at home.
The Blues are 5-1-4 over their last 10 games and sit in 3rd place in the Central but a win today would move them past the Stars into 2nd.
This is the 3rd game between these rivals with both winning one. The 1st game had the Hawks up 5-2 after the 1st period only to have the Blues come back and win 6-5 in OT the 2nd game the Hawks won 4-2.

I like the Hawks to win this game but not confident enough to tip them in regulation. The Odds are a little low but I’m still going with it as the Hawks are great when at the United Center.
Blackhawks win
Kings vs Sharks Betting Tips:
A great game between the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Pacific Division.
This is the 4th game between these teams this season with the 1st being won 5-1 by the Sharks, the 2nd the Kings won 4-1 and the 3rd a 5-3 Sharks win.
The Kings have lost their last 2 games coming into this one and the Sharks have won their last 2 and are 7-2-1 over their last 10 games.
This will be a great game and I like there to be goals.

If there’s ever a time to beat the Hawks @ United Center it’s now. They’ve looked a bit tired and it’s no wonder since they’ve played a lot of hockey this month. Fatigue+trying to press for a win is never a good combination. I like the Blues to be opportunistic tonight and the odds are amazing, i wasn’t about to pass on that 3.5 this morning.
Also like Flames-Canes to go to OT and Sharks pick up the win in regulation. Sens are a mess but they are always capable of pulling out upsets when desperate and they often have tight games vs Rangers, probably going to make a small bet on OT. Depends if Turris plays or not.
Good luck !
