It was a 1-1 night for a slight profit last night.
We had another easy over as the Flames/Panthers game went over 5.5 goals relatively quickly. It dried right up after that though surprisingly.
We tipped the Senators to beat the Hurricanes but their offense came up blank against a surprisingly motivated Hurricanes team. Like I said yesterday sometimes the pressure comes off a team and they play that much better – tough to say if that was the situation last night but they certainly looked alive.
It was also a nice and profitable evening with the OHL/WHL/AHL Betting Tips. At this stage of the season those are looking good for a profitable season and I can only expect they’ll be even better next year. I’ve started to fine tune things with that system now I’ve got more data and like what I’m seeing. If there are any leagues you’d like me to cover next year let me know as I’m always interested in trying my betting system out on other leagues.
We move onto Saturday with only 8 games tonight. A very tricky time at the moment with trades affecting things late on in the day at times. You may wish to wait to bet an hour or so before each game just to be sure.
Sharks vs Canucks Betting Tips:
I’m seeing a ton of people on the Sharks tonight and it’s no surprise why. They’re top of the Pacific and one of the best teams in the NHL. They’re on the road where they’re a solid 17-11-3 going against the Canucks.
Coming off the bye week they had that surprising loss against the Bruins. You’d think that would be sitting in their heads all week long and that it’s going to motivate them tonight.
The Canucks seem to have quite the mumps epidemic going through their camp and they’ll either be missing players or won’t be feeling too great tonight.
It’s a bit concerning that the line movement isn’t drastic. Actually at B365 earlier Sharks in regulation was 1.80 and is now 1.83. Only real negative I can find is the Sharks record against their division is 11-10 which isn’t great plus they had a rough February. However so have the Canucks and Vancouver are a team that really need the wins more than San Jose at the moment.
I’ve got to take Sharks in Regulation tonight.
Rangers vs Devils Betting Tips:
The Rangers are 3rd in the East and have had some incredible performances this season. On the road they’re killer with a 20-8-0 record and are coming off a good win over a tough Leafs team.
Devils are at home but they’ve been poor here lately. I do think they’ll make this a tighter game but I’ll take Rangers to win incl OT/SO.
OHL / WHL / AHL Betting Tips:

Any value in Avalanche to lose at home?
what u guys think about preds game to go over, one of those games when over looks too obvious…?
> Rangers
> Sharks
> Jackets/Isles OVER 5.5
Don’t be sure about the OVER…
Oddsmakers have this right, O/U could go either way. Depends on how goalies play. I’m inclined to go under because Greiss has been very good and Bob can be great. You also have playoffs factoring in and games are going to be tighter and more physical which means fewer goals.
You’re right. Two picks: Sharks & Rangers.
Licking my wounds after last night’s blood bath. Funny thing is, I’d make the same calls again. I was very surprised the Sens did not show up all. You’re not going to win a playoff series with that kind of attitude. I guess Cats just ran out gas as did Yotes. Bye Week cob webs didn’t affect Stars so credit to their coaches and leadership.
Caps
