Only 2 games last night.
We had both games going over and both stayed under.
The Leafs beat the Kings 3-2 and the Sharks beat the Rangers 4-1. I thought both we going to go over but they both missed. It looked like a decent start with both games having quick first goals but it wasn’t happening for us.
A much busier night tonight with 11 games scheduled. After two nights with only 3 games combined this is a good night of hockey.
Lightning vs Hurricanes Betting Tips:
The Lightning are off to a great start going 7-1-1 good for first place in the East and the League. Stamkos is leading the league in points and Kucherov has been incredible scoring a goal in 8 of their 9 games.
The Canes are 3-2-2 on the year and will need to get more production from their key players to be competitive this season.
Hard to bet against the Lightning so far this year and I’m going to take them in this game

The Isles are on a 2 game win streak and Tavares seems to be coming to life after a rough stretch where he had zero points in 5 games.
But with the way the Coyotes are playing I have to back the Isles in this one.

Knowing TB is 7-1-1 & ranks #1 on TSN’s power rankings makes it
easy to pick them. Even though the Hurricanes have won 2/3 and 5/6 are 1 goal gms they’ve only played 6 gms. Not a lot of minutes played to ‘gel’ as a team against TB.
Predicting the Stars can extend their winning streak another game is definitely a possibility especially when this is a divisional game so they’ll be motivated. They have an avrg. 37.5 SOG and they’ve already beaten the Avs who have some injuries to deal with.

Why?
I’m staying away from this game, I would lean towards the Panthers as they’re playing much better than the Canadiens right now, however with the mounting losses for the Habs their desperation is higher and I think their effort level returning home is going to be very high. I can see this game going either way.

I can’t see how the oddsmakers have the Bolts as dogs vs Canes. I’m all over the Bolts.
I like the Cats chances against the Habs tonight. Cats have been playing some great hockey so far and Reimer is in a groove. He has stopped 52 of the last 54 shots that he has faced and tonight he takes on a Montreal team that is dead last in scoring (1.50 GF/PG) right now.

The Penguins were trashed 7-1 in their last game by the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Penguins bounced back off their last big loss like this at the hands of the Chicago Black Hawks with a 4-0 win against the Nashville Predators. The Pens are 34-12 in their last 46 games after a loss.
