We went 1-1 with the tips yesterday. I’m sorry for the delay in the tips today.
First we had the Knights vs Leafs game to go over 6.5. This was close but it hit 7 when the Leafs won 4-3 in a shootout.
We had the Caps to win in regulation but they needed OT when they beat the Coyotes 3-2. Ovechkin score for the 2nd game in a row and has 12 on the year.
The Bruins beat the Wild 5-3 handing the Wild their 2nd straight loss. The Rangers won their 4th straight game this time beating the Blue Jackets 5-3. The Jets beat the Stars 4-1 and the Red Wings beat the Canucks 3-2.
9 games on for us today. I’ll have to keep these short as I don’t have much time.
Sabres vs Capitals Betting Tips:
The Sabres have had rough start to their year. They’re 4-8-2 so far this season and are 1-3-1 at home.
The Capitals have won 7 of the last 8 meetings against the Sabres and ride a 3 game win streak into this game.
With the way these teams are playing right now and the Sabres bad home record I’m going with the Caps to win.

Oilers vs Islanders Betting Tips:
The Oilers are still looking to turn things around and go on a run. They have the talent to be one of the best in the league but haven’t looked that way up to this point.
The Islanders have been ok this year but haven’t lost in regulation this season at home.
I would like to take the Oilers to win but I’m going to go with the Over instead. The Isles are 2nd in gpg with 3.79. The Oilers are capable of putting up a lot of goals and are due for a big game.

Caps vs sabres over 5.5

Sabres, Oilers and Ducks with one unit .
Oilers with 5.
Why so much faith in Oilers? Or Sabres or Ducks for that matter? Capitals being offered on pretty much the same odds as Sabres and Sabres are a far worse team.
Considering the Islanders have won 10/13 of their home games against the Oilers, and with the Oilers failing to get more than 2 goals in all of their last 5 away games I have to take the Islanders ML, perhaps even reg. Greiss is in net and did allow 4 goals last game, but with the Islanders offence and their crazy powerplay scoring percentage I just can’t see Oilers doing enough here.
Capitals to win I agree with, despite struggling against Arizona they still took the W, and I think they’ll wake up this game and not need the IT. Capitals ML.
St Louis Blues ML I also really like. New Jersey are struggling at the moment dropping their last two. I think the blues are better rested, have the edge on defence and offence and have a historical edge over the Devils. I’d play small on jt though.
Montreal Reg is also worth a look. They’re on a bit of a streak, and they’re the highest shooting team in the NHL. With Lagace in net still for Vegas, that doesn’t bode well. Vegas hasn’t been great on the road and I think Montreal takes this one.
