There was only 2 games yesterday.
The first game was the Stars vs the Hurricanes. I had went with the Stars to win based on their recent success against them but it wasn’t meant to be. The Hurricanes came away with the convincing 5-1 win. Teuvo Teravainen was huge in this game. He scored a natural hat trick and added an assist. Fitting that a former Blackhawk killed my tip.
The other game was the Blues – Flames. This was an awesome game. It was tied 2-2 after the first period followed by a scoreless second. But the third is where the Flames came to life outscoring the Blues 5-2 for the 7-4 win.
A much better night for us with 8 games. So let’s get to the tips. Sorry for the delay with the tips today. Some sportsbooks take forever to release their odds.
Coyotes vs Jets Betting Tips:
The Coyotes struggles continue as they now have lost their 4th straight game.
Against the Coyotes the Jets have won the last two and 4 of 5. After struggling for 4 games, Laine has caught fire scoring in 5 consecutive games.
With the way the Coyotes are playing it’s hard to back them. The Jets are a respectable 9-4-3 on the year and sit in 2nd place in the Central. And they have been decent at home too going 4-2-1.
I like the Jets to win this game but so do all of the sportsbooks so I’m going with Jets in regulation

Golden Knights vs Oilers Betting Tips:
The Knights are still dealing with injuries to their goalies. Subban has made the trip with them to Edmonton but hasn’t been cleared yet to play. Still it’s good news for the Knights.
The Knights are going with Lagace for the 7th straight game. He’s 2-4-1 with a 3.58 GAA and a .876 save percentage. The Oilers should take this game as way to better their home record.
The Oilers are coming off of their road trip going 2-1-1. They haven’t been great this year at home but they haven’t been good anywhere this season.
McDavid was held off of the scoresheet in the Oilers last game and hasn’t gone two games in a row this season without points so I expect a big effort from him in this game.

Let’s see what will happen with Dubnyk. His stats have to go down a bit. Another shutout would be crucial for this bet, but I can’t imagine him doing that well after two fantastic games.

Yo! If you are a real Newbie, you should know that low ODDs can make you win more often, but can cost you the most. Depence on your style aswell, but just that you know: For me there is a rule like if I get a ML ODD < 1.5 in a NHL game, I don't want this low thing. Then I prefer checking possibilities of the other team. I tell you this, because I also started with low ODDs and I went sometimes fine, but they also got me hard.
I see Yotes causing a surprise today and this is at least not lose in regulation… For Oilers vs Vegas I’d prefer the over. I think I am gone stay away from those games.

I was a dumbass yesterday by picking Starts to win. It was my first sight but at the end my prediction was correct for the scenario “if the teams start tied the 3P”. With it I was considering to bet 2 units on Canes, but I didn’t. Damn!!

I watched Stars Game last night and let me tell you they looked lost .
With Lehtonen in for Dallas I’m leaning Panthers on -1.5 and over for game with an empty net G – 5-2 Panthers . Any feedback would be great?

i’m on cats as well, because they return at home after exactly 3 games on the road (statistically speaking, 60% of games in this situation are won by home team since the beginning of the season) – same for the jets

Penguins ML – not liking the line too much, but Penguins have won their last 5 at home, and their last 7 at home against the Sabres.
***Jets ML/Reg*** – This is my pick of the day, and I tipped them to win against the Coyotes a few days back and they cleaned up shop nicely winning 4-1. Jets also won the last 7 at home against Coyotes. Coyotes are so bad you HAVE to play against them. This is probably a regulation time win for Jets, but if you want insurance take ML.
LA Kings ML- Line is OK, and Kings have not done too well lately but that was up against much better opposition than the Canucks in their last losses. Sharks, Bolts and Press are obviously a step up from Canucks, so I see Kings taking a win here, likely in reg.
Vegas ML- Please play this with extreme caution, this is more of a fun bet for me. Oilers have shown nothing to make me want to back them at such a high line, and whilst Vegas have injury struggles and have only won one away they come off a feel good win against the Jets winning by 5-2. I just have a feeling on this, thinking Vegas will ride their renewed confidence to do a little more on the road this time. Lagace really hasn’t been as bad as I thought he would be, granted he isn’t great but I think the Vegas offence has the potential to out score the impotent Oilers in this.
Panthers ML- I have to take this having watched Dallas last night. Dallas just looked stupid, going from a fast start to a horrible defensive error giving up a goal on Hurricanes first chance. They could have easily have lost that game 7-1. They’ve only managed a measly 2 goals at most in their last 4 games and I reckon the Panthers depth in offence sinks them again tonight. The Panthers only just lost to the rangers at home last time out, and I like their chances here. Again this is mainly a hunch pick, but sometimes that’s all you’ve got.
