Sorry folks.  I have to keep these short today.

The Coyotes beat the Leafs 4-1.  This was the Coyotes 3rd win in a row.

The Devils beat the Wild 4-3 in OT.  The Ducks beat the Sharks 3-2 in a shootout.

A slow night of hockey with only 3 games and nothing stands out so there is no tips.

Today’s Games Thoughts:

The Canucks are in Philly to play the Flyers.  The Flyers are without Gudas and with the physical beast out things look good for the Canucks but I can’t bet on them when they have lost 2 in a row

The Oilers vs Blues could be a good game but it’s one that’s tough to predict.  The Oilers have underacheived all season long and we are always waiting for that game where they turn things around.  Not sure the Blues are the team that they do it against.

The final game of the night is the Canadiens vs the Stars.  Radulov will get to face his former team in this one and the Habs still have Lindgren in net.  The Stars are like the Oilers where they have huge potential but haven’t shown it so far this year.  A tough game to predict.

So far strong lean on Flyers vs Canucks to go over 5.5. Both teams are missing important defenders. That’s only one that can be upgraded to a pick.

Since when can the Coyotes play hockey? I think a fair few teams aren’t taking them as seriously as they should, and I think that might give Arizona the edge. Be interesting to see if they can carry the momentum. Todays picks-

St Louis ML- This Blue’s side is up their with the Bolts, winning 7 of their last 9 at home and 10 of their last 14 overall. Meanwhile the Oilers have won 7 games total all season (3 on the road). The Oilers had no answers for the Blues on home turf losing 4-1, and I don’t see them finding the answers here. the ML and Reg looks a good play, and I genuinely see this as a great spot to take the Blues. The market has given far too much respect to teams because of their base talent (Blackhawks, Caps and Penguins) and the Oilers are among them. They should be playing well, but aren’t. I’m more than happy to take the better side, who has had great success at home and against the Oilers historically.

Dallas ML- I keep tipping Dallas at home, and against them on the road. YES they are inconsistent, but that’s not necessarily true of their home form- going 7-2 at home. Montreal are a mess, and just when everyone thought they were putting it together again they went straight back to being awful. As long as Lindgren is in net, and the offence takes days off I’ll side with this Stars team.

I agree with Dallas and Stars but the odds just aren’t very good. Parlay? PL?

Oliver Trigg

Parlayed yes, taking them on reg too. Stars haven’t had a single OT home game this season, and reckon blues can kill the game in reg too. I avoid pickling because sometimes after going ahead just sit back.

i dont think thats the reason toronto lost yesterday, they have been having also a big amount of luck and not to mention that goal dissallowed from them, the worst call i have seen in the NHL for a while. I even feel that was kinda rigged because it was so obvious that even with the push raanta had all the time in the world to regroup and try a save which he missed due to him

Eduardo Caldeira

also like your picks today.. sometimes i have concerns of the blues because the oilers u never know when they will come back, but they have been so down that i have to agree with the pick

SanDiegoBruinsD

Bishop is 6-1-0 with a 1.36 GAA and .948 SV% on home-ice this season. Stars are 7-2-0 while averaging 3.56 goals per game at home. I like Stars PL.

Big Salami Home team PL – Blues and Stars have much better home records than their opponents road records. Flyers are not strong at home and Nucks are a decent road team but are 1-4 in the last 5. Markstrom has not been good and Neuvirth is good at home. even odds.

Half unit on that.

Oliver Trigg

Couldn’t agree more with you. I always feel nervous in my picks unless you’re backing the same teams hahaha

magus1349

I try to remember last time when we were 100% agree about our picks.:)

SDB…I really like the Under 17.5. Van/Philly is a stone cold under with a lot of neutral zone play, Flyers often play low scoring tight games at home. EDM/STL another under the Oilers have been a huge Under team on the road and STL has been playing way too many high scoring games which isn’t in their DNA and make up of their team. I continue to expect for them to start playing much better defensively and clean their game up in their own zone. Habs/Stars could go either way on the side and total, with Montreal and even Dallas you really never know what to expect. As a life long Habs fan I’ve never hated this team more, they are showing no heart.

I think you’re looking at something like

Van 2 Philly 1 (Shootout)
STL 4 EDM 1
Habs 4 Stars 2

Sides are tough tonight, aside from Blues maybe. But I love the under 17.5. Agree?

SanDiegoBruinsD

I agree, under looks strong

slyNHL

Dallas TTO(3.5) @ 2.35
Dallas Canadiens Over 5.5 @ 1.84

Thoughts?

Yesterday Wild made some profit going over.

magus1349

Lost 6 unit last night.
Flyers, Blues and Stars with 2 units.
Voracek, Stastny and Spezza with half unit.

Mojo

You usually never take favorites lol

magus1349

Can not see other results tonight.

Mojo

Love the Under 17.5 tonight. Sides could go either way, like Blues though.

SanDiegoBruinsD

I did the same parlay

magus1349

Including that with 3 scorers?

SanDiegoBruinsD

No, just the sides. Flyers laid an egg 🙁

noob

St. Louis Blues win in regulationcomment image

Juri

Dallas to win at regulation.
+ Oilers under 2.5.
Canucks to win the match.

Geir Aage R Jensen

My thoughts
1.Flyers vs Canucks over 5.5
2.Dallas win ML, Reg is also playable
3.Oilers win ML, dont know why, just have that feeling
4.C. Giroux to score

Good luck everyone!

Mojo

Flyers/Nucks will be a low scoring game. Under 17.5 for all three games combined easy, best play out there.

AlansonD

Montreal ML with 10 units ODD 2.3
Montral OT with 3 units ODD 4.0

No bet for me. Not rushing into a decision. Lost 2 in a row now and not feeling tonight is the right game selection to break that.
