A good day of hockey yesterday. Hopefully you were able to watch the Grey Cup as that was an incredible game and the Argos came from behind to win 27-24. Flashback of the Falcons in the Super Bowl.
The Preds – Hurricanes game was a close one. These teams traded goals in each period and it was the Canes winning 4-3 in a shootout.
The Canucks – Rangers was another close game that was settled in a shootout when the Rangers won 4-3.
The final game of the day was the Oilers vs the Bruins and the Oilers won 4-2. The Bruins were up 1-0 after the 1st but the Oilers scored twice in both the 2nd and 3rd periods to pick up the win.
A decent day of hockey with 5 games scheduled.
Flyers vs Penguins Betting Tips:
The Battle of Pennsylvania. These games are always awesome.
The Flyers are looking to end a losing streak. They haven’t won since November 9th going 0-3-4 in their last 7 games.
The Penguins snapped their own losing streak in their last game when they beat the Lightning 5-2 ending the streak at 3 games.
Over the last 10 meetings of these teams it’s 5-5 and the totals from these games are 6.20 GPG.
Anytime they play each other they are great games with lots of goals and I like this to continue in this game.

Blue Jackets vs Canadiens Betting Tips:
The Jackets are playing great at the moment winning their last 6 games.
After Price came back with a strong performance in the last game, his return from injury, we have to ride his and the Habs momentum.
Not much else to say about this game. We have to think that their huge win in the last game has the Habs feeling good and they will come together and turn things around with the former Hart Trophy winner back and playing well.

Habs vs CBJ under 5.0 @ 2.24
Love this one! I’m going with the Under too…
Good luck to us!
I’m optimistic 🙂 GL!
Great save by Price. The guy looks to be back!
Looking good with 1/2 3rd gone
Thank you. A battle between two huge goalies. Price was perfect, ergo Habs won. Great game!
Went 1-2 yesterday with Nashville letting me down in a shootout and the Bruins doing their thing again (not winning)…
Columbus ML- this team has won 5 of the last 6 meetings with Montreal and is the hottest team in the NHL right now. Bobrovsky has only allowed 6 goals in his last 6 games all of which Columbus won. Sorry but I am not convinced by the Canadiens win over the Sabres, after all it was the Sabres. Posting 3-0 against a team that is probably the worst team in the NHL form wise right now is nothing to get excited about. With the likelihood that Weber is still out, and that the 2-6 in their last 8 I’ll take the Jackets.
Jets ML- this team is money, and having only lost twice in a row once this season (end of October ) I like them to get a win here. Winnipeg have only lost 3 games at home all season, and are on fire right now having won 10 of their last 14 games. After not managing a goal against a stern Sharks defence and with Helleybuck back in goal I see the Jets taking advantage of the wild’s defensive struggles. Put simply, if the Sabres can put 4 past the Wild imagine the Jets. Jets all the way to the bank.
Hawks ML/Reg- Regulation for the brave bettor. I probably won’t bet this myself as the odds are bad, but I may parlay it. I usually won’t touch a hawks bet, but dare I say it they’re not looking too bad again. The Hawks have won 3 of their last 5 and were unlucky not to have won against the lightning to have 4 wins in their last 5. Crawford is finally getting some offensive help to won games. Meanwhile the Ducks have lost their last 3 and are still struggling with injuries. The Hawks managed a 6-3 beating of the Rangers, and I think that signalled a breathe of new life in their offense.
Nice night!
I like NJD ml, PHI-PIT over 6, and MTL ml
First thoughts:
> Devils
> Pens/Flyers OVER 5.5
> Habs/Jackets UNDER 5.5
> Jets
Just want to share with you some thoughts from my analysis of this game: Devils are playing their 7 game in 12 days. Hall is playing his best hockey so far but he said yesterday beside the team is tiered, they will do everything to win. Cats are missing the net but after the end of the last game Barkov and Trocheck went to the ice to practice the shots. Even considering Dadonov is off, this effort and the Devils tiredness are saying to me this will be a very close game. Cats also need more this win than Devils. I am gone stay way, but in my opinion Cats are slightly favorites to win, considering the facts above. I kind of like the under, but 2 under picks in the same night is too much for me! ? GL
Thx for sharing your thoughts – always nice to read some other opinions. Yeah, you’re right with your analysis (maybe they are tired…). But Panthers are poor visitors so far. I hope for a strong performance from Schneider like in their first meeting this season. Also I think they have enough weapons in their offense to hurt this Panthers defense – even if they will be tired. Let’s see 🙂
You’re welcome ?
Sharp call
Thank you. 5 min before the start and after mulling a lot I went with Panthers ML. I could not waste my deep analysis. Thankfully it went well.
You were right mate 😉 Good call
Thanks mate. You did well too, 3 in 4!
3 of 4 ain’t bad brother
Pretty successful season for me so far. Hopefully I can continue 🙂
3 really close and entertaining games last night. Ended up going 0-1 on my bets. Oilers finally showed some life in their game after a long slump. I was expecting for them to come back at some point but I thought Talbot would be out of the net so I didn’t expect them to win.
I’m taking Devils ML tonight at 1.80. They are a good team and really underrated in my opinion. I mean they are just 2 points behind of Tampa. With these odds at a home game I’m confident with this pick.
Adding Jets ML at 1.80.
Solid play! GL!
+16.4 units last night thanks to my scorers ticket.
For tonight:
Panthers, Flyers, Blue Jackets and Wild with one unit;
Dadonov, Couturier and Coyle with half unit.
Do you have stats about your scorer tickets? How much units you won this season so far? I’ll play them from now 🙂
Use some statistics but also use my intuition. Try to pick players with very good odds. That’s why i will never pick Kucherov.:))
I think this season i play less 15 tickets and i won about 50 units. You can check the archive. All tickets was posted here.
Ok, thx for your answer. 50 units sounds pretty good 😉 So, good luck for the future. I’ll follow & play them from today on!
It’s your decision.:))
I know. Nobody forces me 😛 But: I’m with you. Show me your skills mate 🙂
Dadonov will miss the match, he has picked an injury.
🙁
Thanks!
I did not know that.So will be only two.
Do you play your scorers as singles or parley?
Parley.
Any thoughts about Jets-Wild over5,5?
It’s my pick for tonight.
Your wallet is looking good after first period..
It’s a winner, nice job
Wild win Reg with 10 units
Good luck everyone!
You’re making me nervous with my pick on Jets ??
Looking good brother
Pretty bad lucky last night but hockey is hockey and everynight are different and there my tips for tonight to win : Philadelphie , New Jersey , Columbus , Anaheim and Winnipeg ! I have to say a lot of bad things against Oilers but last night on the road versus a great winning streak team , pretty good job ! Good luck
Jets and Devils, ( no draw )
To WIN: Jets, and I’ll cautiously agree to Philly Over based on very recent trends for both teams.
OVER: Jets
Why Jets? Minnesota has been winning, but against crap teams. Winnipeg against all kinds. The home/away goals for/against favors Winnipeg by about 1 solid goal, and the home/away win/loss record favors Winnipeg just as numbers data. Both teams have been busy but had yesterday off. The recent trends with goals scored shows this matchup has high potential for going over 5.5.
I agree on Jets, especially seeing as Stalock is in goal. Hellebuyck has a 2.78 GAA against the Wild and a 4-1 record…
Chicago hawks to win, odds below the bottom.
