We didn’t have any tips yesterday but we did have some unit plays and we went a perfect 2-0 with them.
We had the Wild to beat the Blues and they did handing the Blues their 7th straight loss when they won 8-3. Eric Staal had a huge game scoring a hat trick and adding two assists.
We also have over 5.5 in the Oilers vs Sharks game and the Sharks won 5-2. Evander Kane made his debut for the Sharks and had two assists and delivered some big hits too.
The Bruins beat the Hurricanes 4-3 in OT. Two of their new players scored for Boston as Rick Nash and Tommy Wingels got on the score sheet. For Nash this was his 800th career point and first as a Bruin.
A slower night tonight with only 5 games. It’s also another night where nothing is jumping out at us. I liked the Lightning to win but they are so heavily favored that even the -1.5 line had no value. Only the one 0.5 unit play for tonight.

Rangers vs Canucks – Canucks win – 0.5u
The Rangers moved a bunch of the roster. Gone are Rick Nash, J.T Miller and captain Ryan Mcdonagh. They are riding a 7 game losing streak into this game. With so many of their key players gone and the way they have been playing, I can’t back them in this game. The Canucks haven’t been a very good team this year either but with so much going on with the Rangers, I have to think they have the better chance at home.
