The Washington Capitals leap to a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals after a big won over the Tampa Bay Lightning.
What was impressive about that one is that they had to come from behind. They’re also starting each period fast and furious.
It’s going to take a big effort from the Lightning as they head to Washington for the next two games.
It’s May 14th 2018 and we turn our attention to Game 2 of the Knights vs Jets series.
The Knights lost Game 1 and will hope to at least tie the series before going back to Vegas.

Knights vs Jets Game 2 Betting Tips:
Scott: The Jets came out fast in game one scoring 3 goals in the first 10 minutes and held on to win 4-2. The loss gave the Knights their first taste of being behind in a series so it will be interesting to see how they respond.
The Knights will need to find a way to get more shots on goal as they only had 21 in game 1. The Jets had 22 blocked shots.
I do expect a strong effort from both teams. The Jets are still at home and can take a commanding 2-0 lead after this game and the Knights can’t face going down 2-0. I’ll go with the Over for this game

Graeme: It was a very impressive performance from the Winnipeg Jets in Game 1. They looked hungry and worked hard and I’m feeling very good about our bet on the Jets to win the series now.
They’re an excellent bounce back team and I won’t be concerned if they lose a game now knowing their abilitys.
The Knights didn’t look too hot and will have to up their tempo for this one. They weren’t the hard working team we’re used to seeing although to be fair the Jets were a team that were really up for it.
I just don’t think the Knights have faced a team like the Jets so far and I don’t know if they can handle them – at least not in Winnipeg.
I remember some of the Knights regular season losses and quite a few of them were when their opponent was really up for it.
Until they can prove themselves I’ll go with the home side tonight. Jets to win incl OT 0.5u
