Well I had two tips for yesterday’s games and I was wrong with both.
I has Over 6.5 in the Flyers vs Capitals game and this stayed low when the Caps won 3-1. The Flyers now have only 6 games left and are 8 points behind the Canadiens for the 8th wildcard spot.
The other tip was Over 5.5 in the Coyotes vs Islanders game and the Isles won 2-0. With the Caps also winning the Isles are still one point behind them for the lead in the Metro.
The Hurricanes beat the Habs 2-1 in OT. Both teams are holding the 7th and 8th spot in the East with both getting points from the OT. The Blue Jackets beat the Canucks 5-0 and they are only 2 points behind the above mentioned teams in the standings. The Blackhawks beat the Avalanche 2-1 in OT which for the Hawks was nice to get the win but allowing the Avs a single point means they only gained 1 point on them in the standings are still sit 5 points back.
A nice night of hockey with 9 games. Its getting tricky to come up with tips at this point in the season. Despite the number of games we could only come up with one tip
Knights vs Blues Betting Tips:
Both teams are in the playoffs but neither have clinched yet and would love nothing more than to clinch and prepare for the postseason.
The Knights are in 3rd place in the Pacific where they are 5 points behind the Sharks. The Blues are in 3rd place in the Central, only 2 points behind the Predators with a game in hand.
With both teams pushing hard here I like the Over. The Knights last 4 games had totals of 5, 5, 10 and 9. The Blues last 4 had totals of 7, 7, 9 and 7.
