Another 1-2 night last night.
First off our win. We had over 5.5 in the Canadiens vs Wild game. This got off to a slow start with only 1 goal in the 1st. But then it was 3 goals in both the 2nd and 3rd periods and it was the Wild winning 4-3 hitting 7 goals and winning the over for us.
After a rough start to the season schedule-wise we liked the Rangers to embrace a more regular schedule after a day off and took them in regulation. Well the Canucks came ready for this one. They had a great 1st period outscoring the Rangers 3-0 and held on for the 3-2 win. They looked gassed in the 3rd but still came away winners.
The final tip was the Ducks to beat the Flames. The Ducks scored early in the 2nd and the Flames answered with one of their own with less than 5 minutes left in the period. Backlund broke the tie in the 3rd and the Flames held on for the 2-1 win.
For the poll question yesterday we asked which underdog team would win their game. With 59% of the vote, the Oilers were the choice. That was a crazy game that was settled 1-0 Jets in OT. So close. The Wild and Flames were both underdogs and both won.
A decent Monday for us with 4 games.
Golden Knights vs Flyers Betting Tips:
The Flyers are on a 4 game losing skid and overall just look like crap. Giroux, van Riemsdyk and Gostisbehere all haven’t scored yet. Starting goalie Carter Hart allowed 3 goals on 15 shots to the Stars. Yes those Dallas Stars who are 2-7-1 and scoring a league worst 2.10 GPG. The whole team is struggling.
The Knights have won 2 in a row and look like the contending team that they were expected to be.
With the Flyers struggles its hard to back them until they show us otherwise.
