Had one tip yesterday and it didn’t come through for me.
I had Over 6.5 in the Avalanche vs Maple Leafs game and yet again the Leafs didn’t show up. The Avalanche won 3-1 and it was Kadri’s return to Toronto after being traded in the offseason. The Leaf fans gave him a standing ovation while a video was played. Marner returned to the Leafs lineup after missing the last 11 games with an injury and played almost 23 minutes.
All of the games were low scoring ones with the Sens, yes the Sens, scoring the most of the night. They beat the Oilers 5-2 and Ennis scored and added two assists in the win. This was the only game of the night to go over 4 goals.
The banged up Penguins shutout the Blues 3-0. This was the Blues first loss in regulation since October 26th. Tristan Jarry made 28 saves for the shutout who was ready and able to stop a strong push by the Blues in the 2nd period.
The final game of the night was the Capitals vs the Kings and the Capitals won 3-1. John Carlson continues to have a great year for the Caps as he scored twice in this game.
For the poll question we asked which streak would continue. There was two that did with the Caps winning their 5th straight, which won when it received 30% of the vote, and the Avalanche winning their 4th.
We have 9 games scheduled for tonight.
I liked the Flyers to win in regulation against the Coyotes but the Yotes seem to lose by a single goal or in OT so to risky to bet. I also liked the Knights to beat the Islanders but the Isles are at home and haven’t lost in regulation on home ice since the opening week of the season so another thats not worth the risk.
Avalanche vs Canadiens Betting Tips:
The Avalanche played last night and won but thankfully for them it was a short trip from Toronto to Montreal for their game tonight.
They have won 4 in a row thanks to MacKinnon who has had an amazing year so far. He has 18 goals and 44 points in 27 games this season. They got Rantanen back on Saturday and he has 5 points in the 2 games since he returned. Landeskog is close to returning too.
The Canadiens snapped their 8 game losing streak in their last game and will be looking to build off of that.
But the Avs have been amazing and are now getting injured players back. I can see them going on a tear once healthy.
