We went 1-0 with the tips last night but it was painful to watch.
We had the Blue Jackets vs Caps game to go over 6. The Jackets scored once in the 1st and added another in the 2nd so it looked as though this was going to be a loss. But in the 3rd the game came alive with both the Caps and the Jackets scoring twice. It was the Jackets up 4-2 with 2 minutes left when Atkinson scored an empty net goal, his 2nd goal of the game, giving the Jackets the 5-2 win and us the Over. It was a close one but a wins a win.
It was a strange night across the league.
The Isles kept the Lightning in check and won 5-1 thanks to scoring 3 unanswered goals in the 3rd.
The Sens beat the Bruins 5-2 and this was the Sens first win against the Bruins since April of 2017.
The final game of the night was the Flames vs the Avalanche. The Flames won 5-4 in OT. They have now won 5 straight under new coach Geoff Ward and the loss snapped the Avs winning streak at 6 games.
A busy night tonight with 12 games.
Lightning vs Panthers Betting Tips:
This should be a good game here. Its the Battle of Florida and features two of the best offenses in the league. The Lightning are ranked 2nd and the Panthers are ranked 4th. Defensively these teams a fairly lousy with the Bolts ranked 25th and the Cats ranked 27th.
When these teams play each other there is lots of goals. The last 3 games between these teams hit 7 goals, the game before that hit 9 and the one before that hit 10.
The Lightning were held to a single goal last night so the will be looking to get back on track and against a rival like Florida I like the over.

Red Wings vs Jets Betting Tips:
The Wings look like shit, are playing like shit and their record is also shit. They have lost 11 in a row and are on pace for one of the worst seasons in NHL history.
The Jets are on a 8-2-1 run and are 6-1-1 in their last 8 home games and find themselves back in the mix for 1st place in the Central where they are only 4 points behind the Blues for top spot with an game in hand. They get to play the Wings in a home and home series and should use this to gain more points in the standings and climb towards the top.

Devils vs Stars Betting Tips:
The Devils have lost 5 straight and have looked terrible. New coach Alain Nasreddine is in for a rough go as head coach.
The Stars are home for this game and they have been great there going 11-4-1 and going 9-1-0 at home over their last 10.
With the Stars at home against a struggling Devils squad I have to take the Stars in this one.
