A good night with the tips as we went 2-0.
Had the Panthers to win in regulation against the Canucks and they did 5-2. This was the first regulation loss for the Canucks with Boudreau as coach.
Also had the Penguins to win in regulation against the Ducks and they did 4-2. Malkin made his season debut and it looked as though he didn’t miss any time as he put up 2 goals and an assist.
Preds – Avs game was a good one as I expected. They traded goals all game and it was the Preds winning 5-4 in OT. The Leafs beat the Knights 4-3 in a shootout
3 games today and all have one team heavily favored.
Canadiens vs Bruins Betting Tips:
These are usually great games between two long time rivals.
The Bruins are coming off of their highest scoring game of the season, on a 2 game win streak and 7-3-0 over their last 10. Things are going to get more interesting for the Bruins with the team signing Rask. The longtime Bruin is sure to give them a boost.
The Habs have been off for a while now and thanks to their 5 game homestand being postponed, they now head out on a long road trip.
I like the Bruins to win this game but to get any value it would need to be -1.5 and even that is just above 1.70. I have to skip this game as with the Habs having a tough year and now being off since New Years day they may make this a game
Kraken vs Stars Betting Tips:
Kraken continue to stumble along. They have lost 6 in a row and 1-7-2 over last 10. The Stars will be looking to get back into the win column after the last game where they blew a late lead and allowed the Blues to become just the 11th team in NHL history to score twice in the final minute to win in regulation. Coach Bowness lost his shit, and rightfully so, when the Refs seemed to be watching a different game and he was smashing sticks after the game and was fined $25k
I like the Stars to win here but the question is by how much?
With frustrations getting to them they may play a more defensive game here and not go and bury the Kraken and instead focus on playing a better all-around game. I’m skipping this.
Leafs vs Coyotes Betting Tips:
The Coyotes have 11 players out and 4 of them on the Covid protocol list. The Leafs have 2 players out and both are on the protocol list, one being Marner.
The Leafs played last night and won in a shootout. They had a 3-1 lead after the 2nd but the Knights got back into it to force extra time.
With the Leafs having their last 2 games go to overtime and both games having them blow a lead I expect them to come out and dummy the Coyotes in this one.

I’m off the Leafs game, I expect the Leafs to sleep walk through an uninspiring matchup. I’ve seen Leafs collapse countless times. Bruins likely win, can shut down Montreal and being at home and playing hot, should make it a clear win.
