There was only 3 games last night.
The Habs beat the Jackets 4-2 in the loss Laine scored only his 4th of the season. The Rangers scored twice in then 3rd and won 3-2 vs the Wings. The Caps snapped the Kings winning streak at 5 when they won 2-1.
A busy night with 14 games and I’m a little pressed for time so these will be short.
Blackhawks vs Wings Betting Tips:
The Hawks picked up a win against the Kraken in their last game. They have had a rough season which was expected. They are ahead of only the Sharks in the standings.
The Wings played last night and lost to the Rangers. No Larkin either which gives the Hawks some slight hope.
I enjoy watching games between original 6 teams and I feel it’s best to just watch this one.
Kraken vs Leafs Betting Tips:
The Kraken lost their last game against the Hawks. They have had 8 games need extra time this season which makes it tough to bet on.
Matthews and Marner were split up for the first time and it was time to try something. These two have combined for just 1 goal over the last 7 games. The Leafs have only 5 regulation wins this season and 9 games already have gone to extra time. They need to get their shit together and soon as a team with so much talent should be near the top of the standings.
Until the Leafs get some issues sorted I’m happy to just avoid their games.
Penguins vs Lightning Betting Tips:
Both teams aren’t playing as well as they can.
The Pens are 10-10-1 and in 7th in the Metro and the Lightning are 10-8-5 and in 5th in the Atlantic.
The Pens have lost their last 3 road games. With Johansson getting the start in their last game Vasilevskiy should get the nod here.
With their home play, 6-2-3, and the Pens road woes I like the Lightning to win.

Sharks vs Bruins Betting Tips:
Strange streaks in this one. The Sharks have won their last 2 games and the Bruins have dropped their last 3.
On the road the Sharks are 0-9-0, in Boston the Bruins are 7-1-1.
The Sharks are last in GPG, GAPG, Shots and Shots allowed.
The Bruins should see this game as a way to snap their losing skid and get back on track. I need to see them get back on track before I tip them.
Would need to take the Bruins -2.5 and with them on a losing skid its not worth the risk for the low payout.
Devils vs Flyers Betting Tips:
The Devils had a huge comeback win in their last game. Hughes and Hischier both scored.
The Flyers are 11-10-1 and in 3rd in the Metro.
I like the Devils but need to see some more games with their top 2 centers playing before I jump on their wagon.
Panthers vs Canadiens Betting Tips:
The Panthers are coming off of the shootout lose to the Leafs and have won 2 in a row.
The Habs played last night and won against the Jackets.
The Panthers haven’t been very good on the road going 6-4-2. The Habs haven’t been good in Montreal either going 5-6-0.
Islanders vs Hurricanes Betting Tips:
The Isles are 3-4-3 over last 10 and are on a 2 game skid, the Canes are 7-3 over last 10 and on a 2 game streak.
In the road the Isles are 4-4-2 and this season they are ranked 30th in GPG and 16th in GAPG.
At home the Canes are 7-2 and ranked 10th in GPG and 19th in GAPG.
With the Isles play of late and the Canes record at home I like them to win here.

Oilers vs Jets Betting Tips:
McDavid has 15 points in his last 5 games and when he catches fire and is playing like this there isn’t a player in the league who can match his skill level. They are on a 3 game win streak for just the 2nd time this season.
The Jets have lost the last 2 games but have still gone 7-3-0 over last 10.
It would be easy to look at the stats and records of these two teams and say it’s a Jets win. But with McDavid heating up it’s tough to bet against him and the Oilers so I’m skipping.
Wild vs Predators Betting Tips:
The Wild snapped their 7 game losing skid in the last game. The Preds have won 6 in a row.
I don’t like the Preds but there is no denying that they are playing great at the moment.
With the Wild finally picking up the win and having a new coach they may turn things around.
This could go either way.
Sabres vs Blues Betting Tips:
Nothing I like from this game.
Avalanche vs Coyotes Betting Tips:
Both teams on win streaks with the Avalanche a 4 game and the Coyotes 2.
The Avs are better than the Coyotes in almost all stats. On the road the Avs are 7-4 and at home the Coyotes are 5-4.
I want to take the Avalanche but the Coyotes just beat two strong teams, Knights and Lightning, so they should have momentum.
Stars vs Flames Betting Tips:
The Flames have been playing a little better. They are 5-3-2 over last 10 and in 4th in the Pacific. The Stars are 6-3-1 over last 10 and in 2nd in the Central.
The Stars are ranked 9th in both GPG and GAPG. The Flames are 20th in both GPG and GAPG.
On the road the Stars are 8-1-1 and at home the Flames are 4-3-1.

Knights vs Canucks Betting Tips:
The Knights haven’t been playing up to their potential. They have gone 3-4-3 over last 10 and have lost their last 3.
The Canucks have gone 5-5 over the last 10.
The Canucks are at home where they have been great going 8-1-1. And with the Knights play of late I do think the Canucks have a shot here. But I know the Knights are better than they are playing and it’s tough to count them out of any game.
Capitals vs Ducks Betting Tips:
A game between two teams who have had mixed results.
The Caps played last night and won. This will be the 3rd back to back for the Caps this season and they won the 2nd game in the first two.
The Ducks have lost 7 straight so I can’t back them.
It’s a pass for me.
