The Jackets beat the Blues 1-0 yesterday in a boring game that had only 43 combined shots. The lost ended the Blues win streak at 5 games.
The Sharks beat the Kraken 2-0. This game was another uneventful game that had no scoring until the 3rd period.
There is 3 games today and then it’s the All-Star break. There aren’t any games scheduled until Monday February 5th.
Senators vs Red Wings Betting Tips:
These teams have played each other 3 times already with the Sens winning two of them.
The Sens are coming off of a big come from behind win where they were down 3-0 but won 4-3 in overtime against the Predators. In the last 10 they are 5-3-2 and on the road they have gone 6-13-0.
The Wings are on a 2 game win streak and are 7-2-1 in last 10 and are 14-8-4 at home.
For GPG the Sens are 11th, the Wings 4th and for GAPG the Sens are 30th and the Wings 22nd.
With the Wings on a 2 game win streak and playing well in last 10 I would think they have the edge. But after that win in their last game I feel the Sens can build off of that.
Kings vs Predators Betting Tips:
Either team has been very good recently.
The Kings were, at one point, high in the standings and looked like a team to be taken seriously. Well things have changed and they are on a 4 game skid and are 2-5-3 in last 10. On the road they’ve gone 14-6-4. They rank 16th in goals, 2nd in shots, 5th in goals allowed and 3rd in shots allowed.
The Preds have dropped their last 2 games and are 4-5-1 in last 10. At home they have gone 13-12-0. They rank 18th in goals, 17th in shots, 18th in goals allowed and 14th in shots allowed.
Either team has been good so it’s an easy pass for me.
Sharks vs Ducks Betting Tips:
I’ll be honest, there isn’t anything I like for this game.
They have played twice with each team winning once.
The Sharks played last night and won. They are 5-4-1 in last 10 and are 5-19-2 on the road. They rank 31st in GPG and 32nd in shots, GAPG and SOGA.
The Ducks are 4-5-1 in last 10 and are 7-17-1 at home. Like the Sharks, the Ducks rank badly. They’re 29th in goals, 26th in shots, 26th in goals allowed and 28th in shots allowed.
I’m passing on this game.
Three UNDERs? Three Ties in regulation? Three matchups where the players would rather be surfing? Some active players may be entirely distracted by the London Police situation, which may have lesser impact links to other players not charged. It’s ugly.
Three passes. NBA has some rather obvious moneyline bets at low odds, so looking for spread and O/U options. This NHL break arrived at just the right time.
