A slightly profitable night, as we go 1-1 with one Alberta team delivering, and the other not.

Had the Flames in regulation and the Oilers in regulation. Flames got the solid result, while the Oilers goaltending continues to be a complete liability.

I said those Sharks were value yesterday – and they took the Stars to the brink. Neat to see that off the advanced metric data. I was so glad when the Stars snuck it at the end as I would have been kicking myself.

Four games today, let’s see if anything. And then after four profitable nights, I am off until next Wednesday. Nice little start. Scott will be here in the meantime.

Penguins vs Sabres

4 games worth of data. These are pretty close. I don’t see any value.

Leafs vs Kings:

3 games worth of data. Leafs are heavyish favourites but based on the metrics so far…..eh, actually I can see it. They should take this. Kings have had some weird AF games though. That’s putting me off. But Leafs in regulation looks fine.

Avs vs Bruins:

Hilarious seeing the Avs as favourites considering their results. But yeah I don’t like backing either here.

Ducks vs Utah:

Not a lot of data for the Ducks. Of what we have – eh. Maybe the slight edge to teh Ducks. Pre-season makes it 50/50. Not enough for me to back.

So no plays today, unfortuantely. Leafs in regulation is quite close to a play and probably one I’ll regret not backing, and I kinda like the Ducks. I keep looking at the Leafs in regulation one, but just after the Kings outing I’m a bit gun shy.

Utah McGraw, folks.

Can’t touch the usually unreliable teams like Penguins, Leafs or Avs. Utah is on a mission and they’re looking fast and coordinated.

NCAAF: Florida International, -7.

Buffalo metrics have been good. Power Play has let them down. Better performance special teams and slightly better goaltending could lead to wins soon. Passing here though cuz Pittsburgh has been decent and the plus money is gone on Buffalo. Leaned towards Over the 6 though.

My Play will be LA Kings vs Toronto Under 6.5 at -120. I see Rittich will start for Kings. I’m also slightly concerned with Kings goaltending regressing. But Torontos has been really good.

Kings vs Leafs Under 6.5 at -120.
