Had 2 tips yesterday and went 2-0.
Had the Canes to win in regulation and they did 4-0. Also had the Bruins to win against the Flames and thankfully I had them including overtime as it was needed when they won 4-3 in overtime.
The Habs beat the Sabres 6-1 and Laine scored his first hat trick with the Canadiens in the win. The Preds beat the Rangers 2-0 and for the Preds they have won 2 of 3 after a franchise record-tying eight-game losing streak.

Flyers vs Wings
Flyers are 5-3-2 in last 10 and are in 4th in the Metro. On the road they are 7-5-3. They rank 22nd in GPG, 22nd in shots and 27th in GAPG.
The Wings are 4-4-2 in last 10 and are in 6th in the Atlantic. They are 6-7-2 at home and rank 28th in GPG, 31st in shots and 21st in GAPG.
This game could go either way. Both teams have had 4 of their last 10 games need extra time which only makes it even tougher.
Leafs vs Stars
Leafs are 6-4 last 10 and tied for 1st in the Atlantic but have a game in hand over the Panthers. They haven’t been the best team on the road this season going 5-6-2.
The Stars are also 6-4 in last 10 and are in 3rd in the Central. They have been great at home so far going 13-3.
The Stars lead the Leafs in all metrics. CF, CA, SF/60, SA/60, GA/60. GF/60 is tied XGF/60 and XGA/60 are also on the Stars side.
With the metrics pointing at a Stars win I have to back them here.

Panthers vs Wild
This should be a great game between two teams who are playing well.
The Panthers are in 2nd in the Atlantic but tied for 1st with the Leafs. They’ve gone 7-2-1 in last 10 and have played well away from Florida going 10-6-1.
The Wild are in 2nd in the Central and 1st is within reach. They are 7-3-0 last 10 and 8-5-1 at home.
I could see this game going either way. I would lean towards the Panthers but I don’t have enough confidence in that to make it a tip.
Jets vs Ducks
Really tough to predict this game.
One team is leading the league the other is near the basement. So the odds are going to reflect that.
Jets are in a bit of a funk at the moment so they should use this game against a team that has struggled all season to get themselves back on a win streak. But they did play last night and Hellebuyck played.
If I was taking a team here it would have to be the Jets but it’s would need to be in regulation and with Comrie expected to start and the Ducks having 2 of their last 4 need extra time in feel better just avoiding this game.
Canucks vs Utah
Canucks got Demko in the win column. I’m curious to see if the team all feed off of that and go on a rip.
Still strange to not have a team name as I’m not going to refer to them as the Hockey Club. Utah has been decent over last 10 going 6-2-2. They have won 2 in a row.
I would like to see how the Canucks respond to having Demko back and with a win under his belt and Utah is playing well over last 10 that so I would rather skip this game.
