12 games yesterday and we went a sad 0-2.
Had the Wings to win in regulation against the Jackets but the Jaclets scored 4 times on the 2nd and won 5-2. The Wings had the data on their side and the results over the last 10 but the Jackets stil came out on top.
Also had the Jets to win against the Predators but the Preds ended their 2 game losing streak and snapped the Jets franchise best winning streak at 11 games when they won 2-1.
Only 3 games tonight which is always a nice break.
Leafs vs Rangers
The Leafs are on a 3 game win streak, 6-4 in last 10 and 16-9-2 on the road.
The Rangers are on a 2 game win streak, 5-5 in last 10 and 14-12-2 at home.
They played once and that was at the beginning of the season where the Rangers won 4-1.
With the Rangers play this season I find them hard to read. The Leafs are without Tanev and Nylander is out too so a huge loss there.
The data for these teams is really close and I can’t find a team to back so I’m passing.
Kings vs Stars
Kings are 5-3-2 in last 10 and 12-14-5 on the road. It’s crazy the difference between their road and home record. They are currently in 3rd in the Pacific.
The Stars are in 2nd in the Central and have a long way to go to catch the 1st place Jets. They have a strong road record of 20-7-1.
They have played twice this season with the Kings winning both and both were in Los Angeles.
The Kings have better numbers in Corsi and SF and SA per 60 but the Stars are much better in GF/60 and XGF/60. Plus the Kings are on the road. I’m passing.
Wild vs Avalanche
I still can’t touch the Wild. Hartman is suspended, Eriksson-Ek is out with a lower body injury and Kaprizov is out long term. They played last night against Utah and lost.
The Avalanche managed to snap that funk they were in were they couldn’t score any goals when they put up 5 against the Devils.
The Wild have a great road record of 21-7-3. The Avalanche have gone 17-10-2 at home. The played twice last month and each team won once.
The Avs are better in CF, CA, SF, SA, GF and GA. I see no reason not to back them here. The only problem is that it would have to be -1.5 and we can’t be sure that the offensive funk they were in is dealt with with only one game today go by. If the odds for a regulation win were better or over our minimum I’d have no problem taking them but they’re not.

Prop: Col’s Nichushkin OVER 2.5 shots
Friday Parlay: creates odds of X1.91
NBA Memphis moneyline win, plus
NHL Tor/NYR full game OVER 4.5
Colorado news is all over how important and productive Nichushkin is to the whole Avalanche offensive checklist, and he’s a shot tornado. 2.5 seems low, so it could be the bookies are slow to react to this, but it’s not his first game back. It looks great. The parlay also looks good, it’s going on the cautious side in both games where trend lines are very clear.
