Well we went 1-2 last night. Things looked good in the Oilers vs Islanders game after it was 2-1 Edmonton after the 1st but the scoring slowed down big time and the game ended up hitting only 5 goals in Islanders 3-2 win. It took until the 2nd period for the first goal to happen in the Hurricanes – Leafs game so another lose there. Our win for the night came when the Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Minnesota Wild 3-1.
Well a good number of games last night to only 2 tonight. We have the St. Louis Blues taking on the Winnipeg Jets and the Phoenix Coyotes in California to take on the Anaheim Ducks.
As we look at the games scheduled for tonight its going to be hard to come up with three bets so we will have to settle on only 2 for tonight. But tomorrow has plenty of games on so we will be back with 3 tomorrow night.
Also Congrats to Kingston native Taylor Hall. He broke the Edmonton Oilers record for fastest 2 goals scored. he accomplished this is 8 seconds breaking Wayne Gretzky’s record. How many people can say they broke one of Wayne’s records?
Here are the 2 tips for Friday October 18th
Blues vs Jets : Blues To Win
The St Louis Blues are off to a great start this year. With a 5-1 record through 6 games they are sitting tied for 3rd place in the West. The Jets are struggling. They have been through a 3 game losing streak already this season and sit in 2nd last place in the Western Conference.
With the Blues in town things are not going to get any easier for Winnipeg tonight. The Blues are going to come out on top in this one and the odds for a Blues win is at 1.80 which should and will change before the puck drops.
Bet the St Louis Blues To Win at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. for 1.80 betting odds. You may want to act quick to get these odds before they change
Coyotes vs Ducks
This should be a fun game to watch. The Ducks are clicking right now and are tied for third in the Western Conference and are only 3 points behind conference leading San Jose. But the Coyotes are also enjoying some success so far this year and they currently sit in 8th
I like the Ducks in this one. They are on a 5 game winning streak and haven’t lost at home yet this season. Plus Phoenix hasn’t been great so far this year on the road. And out of the 7 games played so far this year for the Coyotes only 2 have been at home so fatigue will begin to set in at some point for them .
So let’s go with the Anaheim Ducks to beat the Phoenix Coyotes for 1.67 betting odds at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.
