No tips yesterday. One was due to the odds the other was too tough to call.
Well the first game went as expected. The Avalanche were heavy favourites against the Red Wings. The Wings were up 1-0 after the 1st but from there the Avs took over and won 6-3. MacKinnon scored twice giving him 30 on the year for the 3rd straight season.
I figured the Panthers vs Wild was going to be a good one and decided to stay away. I was leaning towards the Panthers, and the poll results agreed with me. It was a back and forth game that was decided when with 5.6 seconds left Noel Acciari scored for Florida who won 5-4.
It’s a slow night for a Tuesday with only 5 games.
Penguins vs Flyers Betting Tips
Crosby has been amazing since returning after missing 28 games. He has 3 goals and 5 assists in the four games since his return.
The Flyers are at home here and they have been great in Philadelphia this season going 16-4-4.
These teams last played each other on October 29th and it was all Penguins in that one where they won 7-1.
The Battle of Pennsylvania games are always good ones. I’ll take the over as both teams will obviously be looking to win heading into the break. The next game both teams play is against each other on January 31st.

Islanders vs Rangers Betting Tips
This is the 3rd game between these teams in 9 days. The Rangers won the first 2 and the Isles now ride a 3 game losing skid.
The Isles will be looking to avoid stretching their losing streak to 4 games which would be the longest for them this season.
The Rangers still have that logjam in goal and Georgiev is getting the start in this one.
Due to recent results between these teams it would seem the Rangers would win again here. But the Islanders are having a bit of a skid here and it’s going to stop at some point. They did start the season going 23-8-2 and they will bounce back. A team they are familiar with who was beat them 2 in a row seems like the perfect time to snap their funk before the break
