The Rangers beat the Sens 5-0. This game got rough with Tkachuk running into Shesterkin and then Shesterkin trying to fight Tkachuk while he was trying to deal with Rempe.
The Habs beat the Lightning 3-2 and it was Montembeault who picked up the win. Flyers beat the Wings 2-1 in OT. The Sharks were up 5-1 vs the Preds but Preds went off and scored 6 unanswered and won 7-5. The Caps beat the Oilers 3-2
4 for us today.
Bruins vs Devils
Both teams are struggling at the moment. They haven’t played each other yet this season.
The Bruins won their last game but are 3-5-2 in last 10. The Devils are 2-5-3 in last 10 and are on a 4 game losing skid but 2 of those 4 needed extra time so they have been keeping it close.
On the road the Bruins are 9-12-3, at home the Devils are 13-8-4.
Devils better in CF, CA, SA/60, GA/60 and both XG numbers.
Would need to take the Devils in regulation but 4 of their last 6 needed extra time so I’m staying away. In fact they Bruins had 2 of their last 4 go extra time so skipping.
Jackets vs Leafs
The Jackets have lost 2 straight but have decent record in last 10 of 7-2-1. On the road they are 6-13-4
The Leafs are on a 3 game win streak and are 7-3-0 in last 10. At home they’ve played well going 19-9-0.
Looked at the over here and it looks like if we went this way we are counting on the Jackets to get back to their scoring ways as they have had low goal totals recently. But in their last 10 the Jackets are averaging 3 GPG and the Leafs 3.38.

Jets vs Avalanche
I had the Jets a couple nights ago to beat Utah but that didn’t come through.
The Jets are now in a bit of a slump. They’ve lost 2 in a row and are 4-4-2 in last 10. They’re 13-9-0 on the road and in 2nd in the Central.
The Avs are 5-4-1 in last 10 and 14-10-1 at home. They are in 4th in the Central.
Corsi for and against is close, SF and SA and GF and GA. The data isn’t helping me at all here so I am skipping.
Panthers vs Kings
The Panthers played last night and beat the Ducks.
The Kings are coming off of a rare home loss. They are on a 2 game losing skid and 6-4 last 10. At home they have gone 14-3-1 but juts had their 9 game home.win streak ended.
The Kings home record is still amazing but I just can’t get behind it enough. As the Panthers are on 2 game win streak and decent on the road going 15-8-1.
