We had two tips yesterday and went 1-1. Overall it was a good night of action with all games being decided by a goal and 3 of the 5 needing extra time to be completed.
We had over 6 in the Sharks vs Capitals game and this one went over with ease when the Sharks won 7-6 in OT. The scoring started 12 seconds into the game and it was a 5 goal 1st period. Ovechkin had a hat trick for the Capitals and Hertl had one for the Sharks.
We also had the Oilers to win against the Wings but the Wings won 3-2. After the loss the Oilers fired GM Peter Chiarelli. He has made some questionable moves during his time there like trading Taylor Hall and Jordan Eberle and signing Lucic to a horrible contract. They have made the playoffs only once since he has been there despite having McDavid on his team.
The Hawks beat the Isles 3-2 in a shootout, the Coyotes beat the Sens 3-2 and the Flames beat the Canes 3-2 in OT.
For the 3rd day in a row, my kids are home from school due to weather. Today its not the temperature keeping them home its the freezing rain. Mother nature is crazy.
We have 6 games scheduled. Today is the last day before the All-Star break. Normal action will resume on Monday, January 28th. We could only come up with one tip that we agreed on.
Wild vs Avalanche Betting Tips:
The Wild come into this game on a two game win streak. After this game their next will be on February 1st. They will be motivated to pick up a win in this one which will make their break that much more enjoyable for them.
The Avalanche are 3-6-1 over their last 10 and will also have an extended break not playing again until February 2nd.. Their last 4 games have been high scoring though with totals of 5, 8, 7 and 9.
Nice rivalry here with both teams in the Central. Tough to pick a winner but with both teams having some time off I feel both will be ready for this one.
