It was an ok night of hockey last night. The Ottawa Senators destroyed the Montreal Canadiens in a scrappy game. The Prust vs Neil scrap was a good one. The Chicago Blackhawks lost in a shootout to the Minnesota Wild and it was about damn time.
Lots of games on tonight and lots to consider when placing your bets. The undefeated San Jose Sharks take on the Edmonton Oilers. In what might be the game of the night, The Boston Bruins welcome the Buffalo Sabres into town. Ever since Milan Lucic ran Ryan Miller these games are always one big hit from exploding. The Maple Leafs play the Capitals and the Penguins try to bounce back from the ass whooping they took from the Isles the other night against the Rangers.
Alright let’s get to some predictions
Penguins vs Rangers: Penguins To Win
In what should be a great game as the Pens try to bounce back against the Rangers. The Penguins are not used to losing like they did the other night so look for them to win tonight. The Rangers on the other hand have had a rough start to the season and things aren’t going to get easier for them tonight.
The Penguins are actually the underdogs here so make sure to jump all over this. And the odds for a Penguins win is +108 at Bodog which blows my mind. But as the day goes on the odds are sure to change so act fast. And make sure to check out our Up To The Minute NHL Live Betting Odds to make sure your getting the best odds available.
Capitals vs Leafs: Capitals To Win
The Capitals, on paper, are a good team and way better then their record would indicate. I think its only a matter of time until the Caps catch fire and Ovechkin comes back to life. The Maple Leafs are an up and down team and you’re never quite sure which version will show up each night.
The Washington Capitals to win bet is currently paying out at +104 at Pinnacle Sports so although the Caps are down right now its defiantly worth the risk at +104. This is my Tip Of The Night
Sabres vs Bruins: Sabres To Win
Now the Boston Bruins are still undefeated in regulation and the Sabres record isn’t near as good but this game will be different. As I mentioned earlier, the Lucic hit on Miller has turned this rivalry into all out war. And with the Sabres addressing the fact that they had nobody to stick up for Miller when he was hit and Miller had to defend himself. John Scott and Steve Ott will be more than willing to drop the gloves should it hit the fan and may just be looking to catch Lucic with his head down. This will be a great game
The Buffalo Sabres are +158 at 888 Sports and although their records suggest otherwise, this game will be a close one and again the risk is worth the reward.
