Yet another great and crazy night of NHL action yesterday.
The Flyers picked up a point in their 5-4 shootout loss to the Panthers and now only trail the Penguins by 2 points for the 8th and final place in the East. Speaking of the Penguins, they will be without Malkin for 6-8 weeks with a upper body injury. The Sens beat the Leafs 4-0 to sweep the season series for only the 2nd time, the Wings beat the Rangers 3-2 in OT and the Wild beat the Habs 4-1 which gives them 74 points which has them tied for 8th place in the West with the Avalanche.
Only the 3 games on for us today and the 1st starts at 12:30 so I will have to keep these short to get them out in time.
Penguins vs Rangers Betting Tips:
The Penguins are without Malkin so this will hurt them. Bad time of year for this to happen with the Pens barely hanging onto a playoff spot.
The Rangers have Lundqvist and Nash back and have had the Pens number over the last 10 meetings going 7-2-1. Over those 10 games there has been an average of 4.50 goals.
But with Lundqvist back and getting the start and the return of Nash, I like the Rangers chances in this one.

Lightning vs Blue Jackets Betting Tips:
The Lightning are 7-2-1 over their last 10 but ride a 3 game losing streak into this game.
The Jackets are without Saad, Clarkson and Johnson and are 5-4-1 over their last 10.
This is the 3rd and final game of the season for these teams and the Lightning can get the season series sweep with a win.
