No plays yesterday and looking at my notes and the results – not much I am feeling I missed out on.
As mentioned I am traveling this weekend so not sure about time for betting tips. Today obviously I am good but tomorrow may be an issue will see how it all goes but I will get a post up regardless in case anyone wants to discuss.
Let’s dive right into Fridays. Probably won’t be writing any essays.
Hurricanes vs Red Wings:
Canes on a roll, Wings just ended their skid. I’d take Canes in regulation but their odds are below the threshold. Data isn’t there for the -1.5 unfortunately with Wings respectable xGF and Canes actually a poor xGA.
Islanders vs Oilers
Was hoping for a little play on Islanders here but data doesn’t support it.
Jets vs Stars:
Nothing here. Jets defense still a bit goalie dependent and could spell trouble against this Stars offense. Too high a variance point.
Flames vs Avs:
Nothing here Avs by data should be favourites – seem a bit heavily favoured but it’s not one where anything about the underdog is jumping out at me.
Ducks vs Preds:
Slight lean towards Preds based on xG data but not seeing any value on their price on the road.
Kraken vs Utah:
Lean on Utah but on the road yeah think the bookies have the odds right on this one. No plays for me today.
