The Devils beat the Penguins 2-1 in overtime. This was the the 3rd win in 4 games for the Devils but they are still in 7th place in the East Divison and have a long way to go to climb the standings.
McElhinney picked up a win for the Lightning when they beat the Panthers 5-3. The Kings beat the Golden Knights 3-1 and Cal Petersen was amazing for the Kings with 41 saves. The loss snapped the Knights win streak at 5 games.
The final game of the night was Predators vs the Stars and the Preds won 4-3 in a shootout.
A busy night of NHL action for us with 10 games. As soon as the first day of spring arrived the weather has been awesome. Almost all of the snow has melted and nice weather has a way to lift everyones spirits.

The Avalanche have been playing some amazing hockey recently. They have won 6 in a row and have gone 8-1-1 over their last 10 games.
The Coyotes have gone 4-4-2 over their last 10. These teams have played each other 4 times this season with the Avalanche winning 3 of them.
With the way the Avalanche are playing right now it’s hard not to take them. Until they give us a reason not to I think it’s safe to ride the Avs streak.

The Wild are at home in this one and they have been great when playing in Minnesota. They are 10-3 at home and have won 8 straight there.
The Ducks have gone 3-6-1 in their last 10 games. These teams have played each other 4 times with the Wild winning 3 of them.
With the Wild at home and the way they have been playing there I like the Wilds chances to extend their home win streak to 9 straight.

Canucks are home dogs to a team that has lost 3 of L4 and in the losses only scored 4 goals total. Conversely, Canucks are on a bit of a roll, winning 4 of L5 and getting a point in the 5th game. They have also won 4 of L5 at home. Demko has been outstanding and he’s in net tonight. Neither team has been lighting it up so the under 6 looks good as well.

Wild just lost two games to hot Colorado, and are otherwise on a strong winning run. The Wild will be tuned in for the Home WIN tonight, and are rested with no recent back-to-backs. In their last 1o games, they won 6, and 5/6 were puckline wins. Colorado provided far more “shots against” the Wild (and skill) than Anaheim could dream of. Minnesota isn’t a team that goes to Overtime very often.
