10 games yesterday.
The Senators beat the Oilers 5-3 and Hyman scored to get to 50 goals on the season. The Panthers beat the Flyers 4-1 and Reinhart scored twice to also get to 50.
The Caps won again this time beating the Jets 3-0 with Ovie scoring twice and the win moved them into the wild card spot pushing the Wings to 9th.
I’m glad I avoided the Avs game as they won 5-4 but it needed OT. Stars beat the Coyotes 4-2. The Lightning beat the Ducks 3-2 in overtime. The Devils beat the Isles 4-0 and the Habs beat the Kraken 5-1.
A nice and slow night with only 2 games.
Knights vs Blues Betting Tips:
Both teams on 2 game win streaks.
The Knights are 5-5 in last 10 and 15-14-0 on the road. The Blues are 6-4 in last 10 and 21-12-1 at home.
The Knights are in 8th in the West with 83 points in 70 games and the Blues are in 9th with 79 points in 71 games. If the Blues can win this game it would be huge against the team they are chasing.
The Knights have better numbers in Corsi for and against. GF/60 is the same and the Blues have the advantage in GA/60.
The Knights have the better numbers but we would have to take them in regulation. With the Blues chasing the Knights in the standings this should be a good game especially with both on 2 game streaks.
Kings vs Canucks Betting Tips:
Both teams are on 3 game win streaks.
The Kings are 6-3-1 in last 10 and 20-11-4 on the road. They are in 3rd in the Pacific but have only a 3 point lead over the Knights who are in 8th and playing today.
The Canucks are 7-2-1 in last 10 and 24-7-4 at home. They’re in 1st in the Pacific and have a 10 point lead over the 2nd place Oilers. It’s impressive that they have these 3 wins without Demko and DeSmith has been solid in his absence.
The Canucks have better Corsi numbers, the Kings have better numbers for GF/60. Much like the game above, this could go either way with both on 3 game streaks.
So it’s again another night with no tips. Sorry about that but it’s that time of the season where it’s really tough to find one unless there is overwhelming data to suggest a win.
Thank you for the writeup. That is completely fine if there are no tips even when there are for example 10+ games taking place. Forced tips are the worst and make you lose money long term 🙂 Good luck.
