Now that the trade deadline has passed teams can now make their push towards the playoffs. It’s going to be a fun month of hockey.
It was a slow deadline day with only 2 big names being traded. Vanek got traded to the Panthers and Iginla went to the Kings for one last shot at a Cup. There was some smaller moves made like the Bruins getting Stafford, the Predators getting Parenteau and Streit getting moved twice eventually landing in Pittsburgh. The biggest moves came before the deadline with Shattenkirk, Bishop, Hanzel and more being moved earlier. With the lack of moves being made it will be interesting to see the expansion draft for Vegas.
Only 2 game last night. The Blackhawks beat the Penguins 4-1 thanks to Kane scoring a hat trick. The Lightning kept their playoff hopes alive when they beat the Hurricanes 4-3 in OT
A busy night for us with 10 games. With so many games on you would think it would be easy to find tips but tonight’s schedule is tough to call. Let get to the tips.
Devils vs Capitals Betting Tips:
The Devils still have a shot at the playoffs as they are only 7 points away from 8th. But at this time of year that’s a lot of ground to make up and there is 5 teams between them and the Leafs.
The Caps are still in first place in the League and Shattenkirk gets to make his home debut as a member of the Capitals tonight.
With the Over/Under at 5 I like this to go over. Any time the Caps are playing there’s a good chance there will be goals. They have gone 9-0-1 over the last 10 against the Devils and they alone have averaged 3.10 GPG during that span. The Devils are on a 4 game losing skid but those 4 games have seen 3 games go over 5.

Islanders vs Stars Betting Tips:
The last time these teams played it was on January 19th and it was the Isles winning 3-0.
But normally when these teams play each other there is goals. Over the last 10 meetings of these teams there has been an average of 7.20 GPG.
Both teams are on the outside looking in right now and they need to get wins to make sure they make the postseason. The Isles currently sit in 9th place, 1 point behind the 8th place Maple Leafs. The Stars are in 11th and 7 points out.
With the history of goals and plenty on the line , I like this to be a high scoring game.

What do you think of WAS moneyline, BOS moneyline, and Sharks moneyline
I think both Washington and San Jose should definitely win, but the odds are terrible on their ML. For me Boston vs New York can go either way and I’m actually leaning towards the Rangers as I feel there is good value on the ML.

Devils and Canucks are not shitty teams. If you ll go with that logic you ll lose. All Nhl teams are good and have their targets

Yes I would like to make some new analyses, but I don’t have enough time. Also my oversight of the teams is lost, because I’m not able to concentrate on the NHL. I’m still using my program, but the last months like 90% of all picks were with too low odds, so I started skipping a lot of days, then weeks on analysing NHL. At all I got much work to do, but as always I like your system and I feel good with a bet if I see that you think like me. That’s a good point for me to place bets. 🙂
