After being the recipient of 2 sound thrashings, the New York Rangers delivered one of their own last night as they went to Tampa and won 5-1. Rick Nash woke up and scored twice in a dominant game where the Rangers power play was clicking, as they scored twice in the 3rd period on it. Tampa fired again and again at the net, but Lundqvist stepped up big time and conceded just the one goal.
The Tampa Bay Lightning had 4 power plays but came up scoreless in them, as the Rangers were able to stop them in what was a thrilling game.
That series is really lighting up.
In the other series, the Ducks lead 2-1 while the Blackhawks hope to bounce back at home tonight.
Let’s get to the betting tips:
Scott: Not much to say here. The last two games have been super close and decided by only a goal. I like the Hawks to tie the series up and make it a best of 3 . Hawks Win
Graeme: I think the Blackhawks should win this one. However with two streaky goaltenders, and a big game here – plus the amount of offensive talent on display – I feel a lot more comfortable going for a hard fought goalfest instead. For today I will be taking Over 5 goals. 1.80 odds at http://www.5Dimes.eu for Americans(Need to register to see lines) and and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else..
