Rough! It’s nights like last night that can drive a person to drink!
We ended up going 1-2 but the night was so close that we could have went 3-0.
Our win came when the Calgary Flames beat the Carolina Hurricanes with ease winning 5-0. Flames goalie Jonas Hiller stopped all 16 shots he faced.
Our two losses were so close to wins that I hate to relive them but I have to to make myself feel better.
We had the Penguins to bounce back and win against the Red Wings. Heading into the 3rd period the Pens were up 3-1 but with less then 3 minutes left in the period Zetterberg scored to bring it within one. Then with less then a minute to play Kronwall scored to tie it and send it to OT. Wings forward Justin Abdelkader scored the game-winning goal with 44 seconds left in overtime. Wings 4-3 final. So close yet for the 2nd day in a row the Pens let us down.
We also had the Bruins to win in regulation against the Islanders but it was the Isles who took care of business winning 3-2. The Isles look like the real deal this year and it’s about time.
5 games on tonight and hopefully the tips will work out better for us.
Stars vs Devils Betting Tips
This season I really like the Stars and think they have all the pieces to do well. They were great last year and during the offseason only helped their cause.
If it were 5-7 years ago the Devils would be the best team in the league. But it’s not and most of their best players have seen their best days pass them by. They are still great players but are coming to the end of the playing careers
I like the Stars in this game to win and to push the Devils losing streak to 4 games

Lightning vs Jets Betting Tips
Another team that I think is going to do damage over the season is the Lightning.
The Jets are brutal and its going to be a long year for them and their fans. They need a bunch of help starting at the goaltender position and out. Next to Kane they have no true superstars.
