Full day of hockey yesterday. I didn’t have any tips.
The Jets are unstoppable right now they beat the Stars 4-1. They are the first team in NHL history to win 14 of their first 15 games. They scored 2 powerplay goals and are at 18 already on the season. Just overall incredible.
The Caps beat the Blues 8-1 and Ovechkin scored twice to give him number 863. Panthers beat Flyers 4-3 in a shootout for their 7th straight win. Rangers shutout the Wings 4-0, the Avs scored 5 in the 2nd to end the Canes win streak at 8.
Looking at today’s games and there is a couple of mismatches.
Wild vs Blackhawks
Wild on a 2 game win streak and are 8-2 over last 10. They are on the road where they have gone a great 7-1-1.
The Hawks are on a 2 game losing skid and are 3-7-0 in last 10 and 1-4-0 at home.
Wild leading in Corsi, Fenwick, goals for and against and XGF and XGA. I’m fine taking the Wild here and we can go regulation.

Sharks vs Devils
The Sharks are 4-6-0 in last 10. They are on the road where they have gone 1-5-1. One thing the team and their fans can be happy about is Celebrini has 4 points in his 3 games he’s played this season.
The Devils have won 3 in a row and are 5-3-2 in last 10. At home they have gone 4-2-2. They played last night and won against the Isles 4-3 in overtime
The Devils have a huge advantage in Corsi and Fenwick against. Goals against is a tie and the Devils have a slight advantage in XGF. For us to have any value here we would have to take the Devils -1.5 and the odds for that are low I have to pass.
Jackets vs Ducks
The Blue Jackets are on a 4 game losing skid and are 4-4-2 in last 10. On the road they have gone 1-3-2.
The Ducks have lost their last 4 games, are 2-6-2 in last 10 and have gone 2-4-0 at home.
I’ll be honest this game has nothing I like. Even the odds are close with the Jackets slightly favored. Easy pass for me.
