Only two games yesterday and we had no tips.
Graeme did have the 1 AHL Tip however, a 1u play on the Manitoba Moose in regulation. That was a nice and easy win at 2.20 odds as they thrashed the Texas Stars 4-1.
The Coyotes vs Capitals was a game that at first I couldn’t find decent odds for. After posting and looking further I found odds that were around 1.90 for a Caps regulation win but I still didn’t care for it and stayed away from editing it in. It was a good thing as the Coyotes won 4-3 in a shootout.
The Sens were in Carolina to take on the Hurricanes and the Canes got their revenge after losing on Saturday night against Ottawa. They scored early and often when they beat the Sens 8-2.
We asked which game would be the highest scoring of the night and this was a close one with the Coyotes vs Caps having 51% of the vote.
After a slow night of hockey we have 9 games. I am getting a tattoo today for my dad who recently passed away. And out of respect for him, it’s going to be a Habs logo. I am not a Montreal fan so wherever he is I’m sure he will be laughing.
Blue Jackets vs Canadiens Betting Tips:
The Jackets have gone 3-5-2 over their last 10 games. The Habs have gone 5-1-1 over their last 7.
During this 7 game run the Habs have beaten some strong teams including the Golden Knights and the Bruins.
The Jackets are going with Elvis Merzlikins in goal and so far this year he has gone 0-1-2 with a GAA of 3.91 and a .882 save percentage.
With Montreal playing well and this being at home playing a struggling Jackets team, I like their chances.

Penguins vs Rangers Betting Tips:
This is a meeting between two top 10 offenses. The Pens are 9th with 3.35 GPG and the Rangers are 7th with 3.40.
Over the last 10 meetings between these teams there has been an average of 7.50 goals per game.
The Penguins are without Crosby but Malkin is back and they have gone 2-1-1 over the 4 games since his return. With Crosby out Malkin and others will step up.
Looking back at the last 10 games between them I like that trend to continue and am going with the Over.
