As always on Saturdays, it was a great day full of action. We had 4 tips and didn’t have the best night.
We had the Devils to win in regulation and it looked promising when the Devils were up 2-0 with less than 5 minutes left in the 2nd but the Wings came back scoring 1 in the 2nd and tying it up in the 3rd to force OT where they won it 3-2.
Next we had the Wild in regulation against the Sabres and as Graeme said you can’t underestimate the Sabres and they proved that winning 3-2. Pominville scored with 1:30 left in the game for the win.
We went with the over 5.5 in the Panthers vs Rangers game and this win came through for us but it was close when the Rangers won 4-2.
Our final tip was over 5.5 in the Blues vs Sharks game but the Blues offense didnt show up for this game and the Sharks won 4-0. Erik Karlsson scored his first goal as a member of the Sharks and it was the game winner.
A decent day with 5 games spread out nicely making for a day full of action
I will be away for the next couple of days with my wife and kids on a getaway. Thanks to Graeme for covering the tips for me while I’m away.
Wild vs Blackhawks Betting Tips:
This game is one that is tough to say but I think the Wild should win. But it’s hard to pull the trigger with it. The Hawks haven’t been scoring goals recently but started the season strong. This is the last game at home for them before they head out on the road for the next 3 games.
I think the Hawks will at least come out with a strong effort in this one and try and get themselves back on track before taking on some strong teams on this road trip. But I cant pick a winner. If forced I would say the Wild but I’m more comfortable taking the Over.

Golden Knights vs Oilers Betting Tips:
Both teams have underperformed this year. The Knights have only one season to go off of but it was a strong season and this year they have been struggling. The Oilers have, since McDavid arrived, had promising outlooks to the season but as usual with them they cant seem to get it together. McDavid is a superstar and arguably the best player in the league but he can only do so much.
These teams have only played each other 4 times but those 4 games have had an average of 6.80 goals scored. Both teams can score and when playing a team that is struggling then the goals should be coming in bunches
