13 games yesterday.
I had the Rangers to beat the Devils if Hughes didn’t play but he did so had no play on this game. The Rangers won 5-3 and Hughes scored in his return.
Had the Flames to beat the Isles but the Isles won 5-4 in a shootout. Also had the Canucks to win in regulation against the Kraken.
The Lightning scored twice in 39 seconds to beat the Oilers. Ovechkin scored and the Caps won 4-3 vs the Jackets. The Bruins beat the Habs with ease 5-2.
With the early game starting at 8:00am ET I need to get these out as early as possible before I start putting a steel roof on a garage. Gotta love not having to work at my job only to find harder work to do at home.
Almost all of the teams playing today are on back to backs so it’s tough to find anything worth betting.
Leafs vs Wild Betting Tips:
Another game in the Global Series from Sweden so its a pass for me.
Jackets vs Flyers Betting Tips:
The Jackets are a team that is impossible to back right now. They have lost 8 in a row.
The Flyers have won 4 in a row beating strong teams the Ducks, Kings, Canes and the Knights. They are 1-1 in the second half of back to backs.
It’s hard to bet against the Flyers right now with them playing so well. We would have to take them in regulation to get any value.
Knights vs Penguins Betting Tips:
The Knights played yesterday and lost 4-3 in overtime to the Flyers. The have played 2 back to backs so far. In the second game of the first one the won 4-3 in a shootout against the Kings and in the second they lost to the Ducks 4-2.
The Penguins also played yesterday and lost 4-2 against the Hurricanes.
With the Knights not having the best success in the 2nd game of a back to back I can’t back them although it wouldn’t surprise me if they won here.
Sabres vs Blackhawks Betting Tips:
The Sabres have lost their last 3 games losing to the Penguins, Bruins and Jets.
The have played two B2Bs and have won the 2nd game both times.
The Hawks played and lost to the Predators yesterday and are also on a 3 game losing skid.
This will be the Hawks 3rd back to back of the season and they lost the first 2.
With that being said I would lean towards a Sabres win with the Hawks playing poorly at home going 1-4 in Chicago.
Blues vs Ducks Betting Tips:
The Blues played yesterday. They have played 2 back to backs so far and have a win and a loss.
The Ducks have lost their last 2 games against the Avalanche and the Panthers. They are scoring 2.94 per game and allowing 3.12. They aren’t really a team I can back at the moment.
I would lean towards a Blues win but they have not been very good on the road.

Not huge confidence in either of the plays but there may be some minimal value on the lines. Half unit on each.
