Only the one tip yesterday and it didn’t come through for us.
I had the Hurricanes to win in regulation against the Sharks. The Canes were leading after the 2nd but the Sharks tied it in the 3rd and won it in overtime. It sucks for it not to come in for us but I still feel like it was the right play for this game.
It was a high scoring game when the Jackets played the Sabres. A couple empty net goals gave the Jackets the 7-4 win.
The Knights vs Blues game was a good one with a 5 goal first period. In the end it was the Blues winning 5-2. Blues defenseman Justin Faulk scored his 100th career goal.
The Preds beat the Ducks 3-2 and Terry was held pointless in this game ending his point streak at 16 games. What a run he had and had he pushed it to 17 games he would have tied Selanne for longest in franchise history. The Penguins beat the Jets 3-1 and Jarry continued his strong play. Coming into this game he had back to back shutouts.
The final game of the night was the Senators vs the Avalanche. This was the Sens first game back after having their previous 3 postponed and what a game this was. The Sens managed to score 5 goals, including a hat trick from Sanford, but the Avalanche score the final 3 goals and won 7-5.
Only 3 games today and nothing is jumping out at me. If you like something, let us know in the comments.
Flyers vs Lightning Betting Tips:
The Flyers have lost 2 in a row and have gone 4-4-2 over their last 10. The Lightning won their last game and have gone 7-1-2 over their last 10.
I like the Lightning to win this game but it would need to be in at least regulation to have any value. So far in the month of November they have played 9 games and 5 of them needed extra time. With that being said, I’ll stay away from this game.
Oilers vs Stars Betting Tips:
The Oil have won 2 in a row and 7 of their last 10. McDavid is on a 17 game point streak. But with Smith on LTIR and Koskinen giving up an average of 4 goals per game over his last 4 starts the Oilers have turned to Skinner.
The Stars are at home and will be looking to extend their home win streak to 4 games.
It’s the Stars home win streak that has me put off on this game.
Blackhawks vs Flames Betting Tips:
I shouldn’t be having a tough time with this game but I am.
I think the Flames should win and regulation would be my pick. They are by far the better team and are at home.
But the Hawks are coming off a win where Fleury picked up his 1st shutout of the season, have gone 4-1 over their last 5 and the Flames at home haven’t been that strong going 2-1-3. The Flames have won 3 in a row but all of them were on the road.
I wanted to have a tip tonight but I can’t force one.
