No tips yesterday.
The Capitals beat the Hurricanes 4-2. Ovechkin scored his 19th of the season and this was the Caps 3rd win in a row.
The Wild also won their 3rd straight when they beat the Lightning 4-2. Hartman scored for the 3rd game in a row for the Wild.
The Bruins beat the Canucks 3-2, the Devils beat the Flyers 5-2 and the Sharks shutout the Hawks 2-0 with Meier scoring both goals for the Sharks.
The Leafs beat the Ducks 5-1. This was the Leafs 7th straight road win, 4th in a row and have gone 9-1-0 over their last 10. With the Leafs play of late I think it’s time to start trusting them more then we have.
Today we have 4 games.
Canucks vs Canadiens Betting Tips:
The Habs are cleaning house with the management firing general manager Marc Bergevin and assistant GM Trevor Timmins and assistant GM Scott Mellanby resigned.
Maybe the Habs will use this as a way to get back on track and with a slumping Canucks team in town they should.
Montreal is 14-0-4 against the Canucks dating back to their last regulation defeat against the Canucks in October 2015.
The Canucks have lost 4 straight and are 1-8-1 over their last 10.
With the Habs success against the Canucks and with the huge shake-up in the front office this seems like a good spot to take them.
Canadiens win incl OT/SO

Kraken vs Sabres Betting Tips:
The Kraken have been playing decent hockey lately. They have won 3 of their last 4 games and beat strong teams during this stretch the Capitals, Canes and Panthers.
The Sabres are not playing very well at the moment going 1-4-1 over their last 6.
Tough to call this game. The Kraken are favored but the Sabres are at home. I’ll skip this game.
Coyotes vs Jets Betting Tips:
The odds make this game a no play.
The Jets should win. They are at home where they have been playing great going 7-2-1 this season. The Coyotes have lost 2 straight.
I like the Jets to win but a Jets -1.5 play is only around 1.80 which isn’t worth the risk and I have no confidence in the Coyotes.
Penguins vs Flames Betting Tips:
Both teams come into this game after taking a loss in their last.
The Penguins are 6-4 over this last 10 and have gone 5-2-2 on the road. The Flames are 3-2-3 at home and have gone 5-3-2 over their last 10.
The Pens have won 4 straight on the road so they may be the smart pick. But the Flames metrics suggest that they may be the better pick.
To much conflicting data here which makes this a no bet but would lean towards the Flames.
Hello,
it should be a very high level between Calgary and Pittsburgh, but I’m looking at Calgary although the team makes better performance outside right now and home. They lack a little regularity. But there’s trust!
With the latest changes in management, Montreal will want to prove that the “wake up” is well there and especially they are able to align a second win over the first time of the season.
Winnipeg could confirm its success in Calgary. Above all against Coyotes.
Seattle fought greatly cableds then a victory is expected against Sabres!
Bet of the day: Habs to win OT incl.
Canucks will not be able to play with the same intensity in a back to back.
Full game possibly amateurish chaos: Canucks/Habs
Full game OVER 5.0: Kraken/Sabres
Lean: Kraken win Moneyline
Kraken and Sabres both off back-to-backs and one day’s rest, but Kraken have had much more time off in the last 10 games while Sabres have had 3 back-to-backs, which is relentless exhaustion. Stimulants only make it worse in that case (performance biochem). Kraken picking it up two notches, should take the points in this situation. Not risking the higher 5.5.
Winnipeg’s offense is so inconsistent; no bets.
Flames are showing inconsistency now, they’re questionable at home, and Penguins have been winning with defense, and they’re the Penguins, so no bets of any kind.
Thoughts: I think we’re now past the season-start clarity of how teams were going to perform out of the gates. Some teams are crashing, confused, some are looking more tuned up and some are on hot streaks, but there’s a major shift going on. Patterns changing as the season gets into the next phase of the regular season before the playoff race starts getting really pressured around the time of All Star weekend (roughly) and the trade deadline. Being very cautious figuring what’s going on.
