Well we had another 1-0 night but it was super close.
We had the Jets to win in regulation against the Canes and after a scoreless first 2 periods this had me worried. The Jets scored first and the Canes answered it about 4 minutes later. The Jets scored again to make it 2-1 with around 2 minutes left. Thankfully the Jets added an empty net goal with 1 second left for the 3-1 win. This was the Hurricanes first loss in regulation this season.
The Devils continued rolling when they beat the Sharks 3-2. They are now 3-0 on the season. Palmieri scored 2 goals for the 3rd straight game.
The other game of the night was the Ducks vs the Blues. The Ducks scored 2 goals in the 3rd for the 3-2 win. Even with all of their injuries the Ducks are still 4-1-1.
Only 4 games scheduled for today. And with it being so early in the season it’s really tough to predict games with so little to go by. I could only come up with two tips for today.
Kings vs Maple Leafs Betting Tips:
The Kings are looking to break even on their road trip where they have gone 1-2.
The Leafs look amazing right now. They have won 4 in a row and now open up a 3 game home streak.
Matthews has had at least 2 points in each game this season scoring a goal in each game. Reilly is only the 3rd defensemen in NHL history to record at least 13 points in the first 6 games of a season. And Tavares has been awesome too scoring 10 points in 6 games.
The Leafs will be looking to be better at home. The last time they played their the lost, their only loss this season, and needed OT to beat the Habs in the other home game.
With the way they’re rolling right now I have to back the Leafs in this game and I will until they give me a reason not to.

Wild vs Predators Betting Tips:
The Wild finally got their offense going. They have scored 4 goals in back to back games after scoring only 1 a game over their first two.
The Predators are looking to push their win streak to 3 games. They are coming off of wins against the Jets and the Isles only allowing 2 goals against the Isles and blanking the Jets.
Nashville at home are amazing and I like them to finish off their home streak with another win before heading back out on the road.
