First of all my apologies to anyone who is on the mailing list server and isn’t receiving the e-mail with the tips until evening. I have no idea why that is happening but it has happened to a bunch of people the last few days. I’ve been setting it to send out in the morning too but our mailing list server is crapping out.
If this continues I will look into an alternative. In the meantime just remember you can visit BetNHL.ca and get the tips. We post them every day usually by 11am EST or 12pm EST at the latest. You just may have to CTRL+F5 on that page as it likes to cache and a hard reload does it.
We were unlucky to lose our Over 6.5 last night in the Knights/Sens game. It started off very strong with 3 goals in the 1st period and was looking to be a lock to go over. The shots continued to come in but the goalies upped their game. Nilsson made 52 saves in that one and Fleury 37 saves. Welp that’s hockey.
In other news – THE NEW JERSEY DEVILS WON A GAME! However I wouldn’t get too excited. I ranted about the NHL scheduling last week and I’m going to mention it again. So the New York Rangers win their opening two games. Then they get a WEEK off. Come back for one game and then are given an additional FIVE DAYS off?
I’m sure there are reasonings for this but if I was a Rangers fan I’d be pissed right off at their momentum being killed like that. And after that disjointed crap they are now on a B2B.
What a win by the Coyotes. Good for Kessel too with his two goals. One of those teams I am quietly digging this season.

Capitals vs Rangers Betting Tips:
Like I said above – the schedule is a killer for the Rangers. They are a couple of weeks behind everyone else and it really shows.
Now they’re on a back to back against a rested Washington Capitals. Granted the Caps are stumbling a bit to start the season and only have the one regulation win at home, but you’ve got to think they can do the business here.
How about John Carlson? 14 points in just eight games. Absolute beast.
Washington are one of those teams that have let us down quite a few times over the years. Games like this where I look at and my confidence levels are the max. However I’ve got to back them here. It’s not just the scheduling. There was very vew positives to take out of that Rangers performance last night other than the performances of Smith and Fox. They’re going to need to make some changes to the lines as they aren’t blending well together.
If Washington let me down again tonight then so be it, but a rare 2u bet on Capitals to win in regulation.
In my head I am already preparing my rant against the Washington Capitals tomorrow.

Penguins vs Stars Betting Tips:
This is one I went back and forth on. Penguins despite their injuries are lighting it up at the moment and looking good. Stars are struggling big time. Despite that I do feel this could end up being a sneaky win for the Stars. While they’re not doing it on their ice, they’ve had a tricky schedule too.
However evaluating it all, I feel the Penguins are solid value here as long as they don’t get complacent. It’s a very wary bet though.
