3 games yesterday and we had one tip which was a win.
Went with the Avalanche to start a win streak and beat the Sharks -1.5 and they did winning their 2nd of the season and in a row 4-1. Colton scored twice and Makar had a a goal and 2 helpers.
The Jets continued their win streak beating the Pens 6-3 and are now 5-0 to start the year.
The Kings scored 4 times in the 3rd period and beat the Ducks 4-1.
Only 1 game today.
Lightning vs Leafs
On paper this should be a good game between two of the better teams in the league.
The Lightning are 3-1 and 1-1 on the road. The Leafs are 3-2 and 2-1 at home. The Lightning are ranked 3rd in GPG with 4.0. The Leafs are 17th with 3.0. For GAPG the Lightning are 7th with 2.5 and the Leafs 5th with 2.2.
The Leafs have better CF, SF/60 and XGF/60, the Lightning better CA, SA/60, GF/60 and XGA/60.
So seeing that it’s tough to try and predict a winner. The GPG would seem to point at the over but the GAPG would point under.

I rarely bet on Leafs games because they are so unreliable. Game and team bets are off, but one prop that looks good is Oliver E-Larson OVER 1.5 shots. I’d take that if it was Over 2.5, and I don’t understand why the bookies went for 1.5, and even with the lower odds of X1.50, that’s better than the stock market. I expect lots of 5on5 due to both teams being in the league’s lower third of penalty minutes, and while goals may be lower due to good goaltending, the shots should still be happening. Leafs are at home, against a team with lots of aura in the last decade, so this should be an energized matchup. Leafs have been shooting in high numbers so far.
Parlay that with play money, with: NCAAF, Florida International game, full game OVER 46. Looks very good.
Just gonna throw another “bet builder” on this one.

I looked into this game and I would take the Under 6.5.
I think it’s the best value, but I’m not going to bet on NHL today.
